The Space

Casa Pura Vida features a spacious three-level design that provides comfort, privacy, and room to enjoy time with family or friends.

Main Floor

• Spacious living and dining room

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 1: Two double beds, a private bathroom, and a terrace
• Bedroom 2: One king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace

Upper Floor

• Bedroom 3: Three single beds, two single bunk beds, a private bathroom, and a terrace
• Bedroom 4: Two queen-size beds, a private bathroom, and a terrace

Additional features include:

• Air conditioning on all levels
• Bath towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
• Special towels for the pool and beach

Guest Access

Safe parking is available. A maximum of three cars is allowed.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following rules:

• Parties are not allowed.
• Please use the outdoor shower before entering to prevent sand from being brought into the house.
• Do not dispose of seeds, fruit peels, or other waste in the sinks or toilets.
• Do not flush toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, or other items down the toilet. Please use the trash cans.
• Turn off the air conditioners when leaving the house.
• Close the front door and balcony doors when leaving.
• Beach and pool towels are located in the closet next to the stairs on the first floor. Please return them after use. Lost towels must be replaced.
• Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on the balconies.
• Vehicles may remain in front of the house for a maximum of 15 minutes for loading and unloading only. Afterward, they must be moved to the main condominium parking lot and parked in designated visitor areas.
• The pool is shared with other condominium residents. Please use it considerately.
• Keep the pool and common areas clean.
• Respect quiet hours after 9:00 p.m. and avoid loud noises or music.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Casa Pura Vida is designed for families and relaxation, so parties and loud music are not permitted. Thank you for helping maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for everyone.
