- Upstairs: Two bedrooms
- Bedroom 3: Three single beds and two bunk beds with private bathroom and porch

House Rules
- Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the condominium.
- Do not dispose of seeds or fruit peels in sinks or toilets.
- Avoid flushing toilet paper or feminine hygiene products; use provided garbage bins instead.
- Turn off air conditioners when leaving the property.
- Ensure all doors, including front and patio doors, are closed when exiting.
- Pool and beach towels (18 total) are located in the closet by the first-floor stairs; please return them after use or replace if lost.
- Do not hang towels, clothes, or other items on the patios.
- Vehicles may stop in front of the condo for up to 15 minutes for loading and unloading; afterward, park in the main lot. Avoid parking under the almond tree or basketball hoop.
- Use the shared pool responsibly and avoid occupying it all day.
- Keep the pool and common areas clean and respect neighbors by minimizing noise after 9:00 p.m.
- Clean the grill located by the pool ranch after use.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the condo.
- The main entrance gate closes at 10:00 p.m. nightly; if closed, push to open and close it again securely.
- This is a family-friendly property; loud parties and excessive music are not allowed.

It is as described. It’s hard with kids to stay quiet but other than that, the pace was amazing and we had great time.

Sadly, we didn’t have the best experience here. The address attached to the listing underneath the map is not accurate. We arrived to the Airbnb and the house was very dirty. There were black rings around the toilets, water marks on the mirrors/sinks, spider webs & ants on the toilets/showers, black residues on the shower floors, & roaches in the kitchen. We contacted Johnathan and he responded quickly and said he would send someone to clean if we sent photos. We waited to respond as we felt that a surface level clean wouldn’t have done anything until we saw more roaches. The place definitely needs to be deep cleaned with supervision and fumigated. We sent photos and videos after doing some cleaning ourselves with bleach, and didn’t get a response. We ended up leaving a night early, and when following the check-out rules, we saw that many of the pillows had brown stains on them. There also was a bad smell in the upstairs area. Despite this, the location is great & has all the amenities

The house is very nice and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool area is very nice with a beautiful view. The very rural, quiet environment in the middle of nature. Jonahan is a great host. He was always friendly and attentive. He responded super fast and was always accessible. Highly recommended

It was a great place to stay for the area. The home is nicer than the pictures show, the pool was great (pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time). We were about 25 min to the beach, and about an hour from everything else we wanted to go to. A few ceiling fans didn’t work, and one bedroom didn’t have a dresser, if you have people shower in the top floor and bottom floor at the same time it’s a problem, but everything else was great. We don’t go to a lot of Airbnb so not sure what to expect at each one. This one didn’t have any kitchen essentials besides cookware, so make sure you buy your seasonings, cooking spray, etc. but would definitely go again! We had 10 people and fit everyone comfortably & with extra beds! Each room has their own bathroom so that was awesome! Jonathan was great to work with us on everything, finding the place google takes you to the wrong driveway, so I believe the app Waze is a better option. But Jonathan sent us pictures and videos of what to expect.

A nice, comfortable and a well functioning house for a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped. You do need to have your own transportation to get around.

This place is amazing. We had a great family time far from noise but close to Tamarindo. We were lucky that the community pool was empty the whole weekend so the kids had a great private time playing in the pool while we had a BBQ with an amazing weather

Jonathan was very nice. The house is part of a small community of attached homes. The roads are gravel and very bumpy. The house is large with many beds. It's about 28 minutes away from Tamarindo. Cons. Very low water pressure and hot water in showers.. Toaster oven door was broken and kept falling off. Oven was not cleaned and started smoking a lot when we used it. Exhaust fan over stove did not work. Floors were not well cleaned. Gate code was changed without telling us
