House Rules

1. Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the condominium.
2. Do not dispose of seeds or fruit peels in sinks or toilets.
3. Avoid flushing toilet paper or feminine hygiene products; use provided garbage bins instead.
4. Turn off air conditioners when leaving the property.
5. Ensure all doors, including front and patio doors, are closed when exiting.
6. Pool and beach towels (18 total) are located in the closet by the first-floor stairs; please return them after use or replace if lost.
7. Do not hang towels, clothes, or other items on the patios.
8. Vehicles may stop in front of the condo for up to 15 minutes for loading and unloading; afterward, park in the main lot. Avoid parking under the almond tree or basketball hoop.
9. Use the shared pool responsibly and avoid occupying it all day.
10. Keep the pool and common areas clean and respect neighbors by minimizing noise after 9:00 p.m.
11. Clean the grill located by the pool ranch after use.
12. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo.
13. The main entrance gate closes at 10:00 p.m. nightly; if closed, push to open and close it again securely.
14. This is a family-friendly property; loud parties and excessive music are not allowed.
