Capacity for 16 peoples. • Bilingual host (English and Spanish) • Fully equipped, Entire Condo. • Safe neighborhood, in a family-friendly community. • Communal pool w/ view especially the sunset. • Onsite, secured parking. • A few minutes to Playa Grande, Tamarindo, Conchal, Flamingo and others •45min to Liberia International Costa Rica Airport. • Many activities to do like Sport Fishing, Snorkeling, ATV, Horseback ride, etc. The space Casa Pura Vida - Playa Grande is the perfect place to spend with your family or friends. 3 Floors: - In the main floor we have the living room, dinner, kitchen, office desk, half bathroom, laundry room and porch. - Down stairs we have two rooms, room #1 has two queen size beds and room #2 has one king size bed, each one with its private bathroom, and also have a porch. - Upstairs we have two more bedrooms, room #3 has three single beds and two bunk beds, and room #4 has two queen size beds, each one with its own private bathroom and also have a porch. -AC in every floor. -Kitchen fully equipped. -Bathrooms has towels, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. -We also have additional towels to use in the pool or beach. Guest access Parking is safe. Only 3 cars are allowed. Other things to note 1. Do not enter the condominium with sand. Use outside shower before entering. 2. Do not throw seeds or fruit peels down the sink or toilets. 3. Do not throw away toilet paper or feminine towels in the toilet (use garbage cans). 4. Turn off the air conditioners when leaving. 5. Make sure you close the front door and the patio doors when exiting the house. 6. The beach/pool towels are in the closet by the stairs of the first floor (there are 18 in total). Please return them after use. In case of loss please replace it. 7. Do not hang anything on the patios, such as towels, clothes, e.t.c. 8. The car can be a maximum of 15 minutes in front of the condo to use as loading and unloading, then leave the cars in the main parking lot. Do not park under the almond tree or under the basketball basket. 9. Be aware that the pool is shared with the other owners of the other houses, please use it rationally (not all day). 10. Please respect and maintain clean the pool and common areas. After 9:00pm respect the bedtime of our neighbors (do not make noise). 11. If you are going to make use of the grill (which is located on the pool ranch) please clean it when you have finished using it. 12. No smoking inside the condo. 13. The needle (at the main entrance) closes every night at 10:00pm. If you find it closed, you just push it to open and close it again. 14. These condos are family-friendly, parties with excessive music volume are not allowed.
