Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, while the living room and kitchen area have air conditioning and two fans. Entertainment options include Apple TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

On-site rentals are available for bikes and golf carts. The estate also offers two pickleball courts, an urgent care clinic, and an ATM.

There are two markets on the premises where you can purchase food, drinks, and various essentials. Additionally, a fully stocked surf shop provides boards, lessons, bikinis, sunscreen, rash guards, shorts, and more.

The setting offers a relaxed tropical beach vibe with six restaurants and bars nearby, providing a diverse selection of dining options. The private beach is peaceful and free from vendors, allowing you to unwind without interruptions.

The private beach boasts two excellent surf breaks with minimal crowds.

• Colorados: A fast, hollow wave suitable for more experienced surfers.
• Panga Drops: A larger, softer wave ideal for beginners or those seeking a gentler ride.

Both surf spots are just a five-minute walk apart, giving you options depending on your mood or skill level.

• Airport pickup can be arranged upon request.
• A washer and dryer are available for stays of four days or longer.
• Please dispose of toilet paper in the garbage to prevent plumbing issues.
• Electricity usage includes 10 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per day. If you exceed this allowance, there is a charge of $0.50 USD per additional kWh.
• The included electricity is sufficient to run the air conditioning at night and occasionally during the day. This policy encourages guests not to leave the air conditioning running continuously while away from the property.
