Absolutely worth the money to stay in this villa! The concierge and property staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The villa is beautifully designed, offering privacy for each room while still feeling cohesive and connected as a shared space. The beach is directly behind the property, which is a huge plus. The only drawback is that the shoreline is very rocky—you can’t comfortably stand in the water or swim out without getting hit by the stones—so it’s better suited for surfers than casual swimming.

A superb house right on the beach that we were able to leave without worrying about belongings and locking which was a great treat. We loved the local vibes in El zonte and the house team were on hand to book reservations, when needed , sort out cars and trips. This is a great house for two families to share

This was one of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The entire house was exactly as described in the photos and more than expected!!! The hosts greeted us upon arrival and provided amazing hospitality the entire trip. We had access to chef curated meals, yoga classes/surf lessons and transportation, making us feel right at home. The private beach access was my favorite feature of the house and the stunning architecture of the house is unmatched! My family and I will be staying here going forward every trip we take to El Salvador.

What a beautiful home. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The river pool was beautiful, the yoga studio was great, the whole open air kitchen was amazing.

We had an incredible week in El Zonte. The home was beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly situated right on the beach with the sound of the waves as our backdrop. Our family instantly felt at peace here, and the space worked wonderfully for our kids. They loved playing in the pool and on the beach, and there were great beginner surf lessons just steps away. A huge thank-you to Tuqui, the house manager — she was amazing, so kind, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We loved having breakfast and dinner at the house each day, then exploring local spots for lunch, which was perfect for our family. El Zonte is serene, friendly, and rejuvenating. Highly recommend this home for anyone needing a reset in a beautiful, welcoming place.

Mateo's Oceanfront Haven in El Zonte was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. Definitely, A 5 - Star experience!! The home was perfectly furnished and very clean throughout the property! It was a tropical paradise in front of the OCEAN! If you are looking for a relaxing weekend in a private home by the OCEAN - this is the PLACE!!! Tuqui was an incredible host who coordinated transportation, dinner reservations, breakfasts, spas, and anything we needed during our trip! She pivoted to our requests for changes to schedules and responded to additional needs during our trip. The service staff was outstanding, and the home cook meals reminded me of my mom's cooking! I must admit, this was my best experience ever in renting an Airbnb. I look forward to my next trip to Mateo's home in El Zonte!!

El lugar y la casa son Espectaculares podimos convivir un grupo de amigos con los cuales compartimos la pasion del Golf en un lugar de playa, poder jugar en El Encanto que nos quedaba a 40 minutos,una combinacion ideal entre placer comodidad y Golf!!!

Al Suave is hands down one of the most stunning places I’ve ever stayed at. The photos are beautiful, but experiencing it in person? Next level. They’re completely accurate, yet somehow still do not capture how special this place really is. You can feel the love and attention to detail in every part of this place. From the build quality to the furnishings, everything feels thoughtfully chosen and luxurious. If you're dreaming of a stylish, serene villa right in the heart of surf country, that's exactly what awaits you. The staff was amazing and truly helped make our stay unforgettable. Whether it was the concierge helping us plan every detail of our trip or the team keeping the property in perfect condition, everyone went above and beyond. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay at Al Suave again in the future.
