The Space
Casa Emanuel is an eco-friendly home powered by solar energy. Its modern design and natural surroundings create a peaceful setting for relaxing, recharging, and escaping everyday stress.
Like many exclusive homes along the shores of Lake Atitlán, Casa Emanuel is accessible only by boat. There are no streets or roads leading directly to the property, providing a quieter and more private experience away from the hustle and bustle.
Arrival and Transportation
Getting to the property involves two simple steps:
- Leave your vehicle in a secure parking lot in Panajachel.
- Take a boat to Santa Cruz.
Public boats pass approximately every 20 minutes, and Casa Emanuel has a private dock for your arrival. Private boats can also be hired.
Once your reservation is confirmed, all contact information for transportation and parking will be provided to make your arrival easy and hassle-free.
Guest Access
Santa Cruz is accessible only by boat. Guests may use Casa Emanuel's private dock or arrive through Santa Cruz's public dock.
The property is an approximately eight-minute walk from Santa Cruz's central pier, with restaurants and bars nearby.
Casa Emanuel is a private property reserved exclusively for your use.

This place was everything we needed. The most amazing view, comfortable and accessible walking distance to the main spots in the area. This side is very quite and lay back ( nothing to do after 6pm) and still in the middle to easily access in boat other villas. Nelson was incredible host, he provided all the contacts I used for everything i did. All his recommendations are the best to trust. He is extremely available at all times on your days there for any questions. Great stay!

Nelson’s place was exactly how he describes it, if not better. He was very responsive when needed anything and the place has a gorgeous view and walking distance to local town and boat arena for public boats. would definitely recommend staying there

Our stay was fantastic! The host responded quickly, kindly, and always with great courtesy to any questions or concerns. The house was exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, super comfortable and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed, making it perfect for a family or large group. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice space, beautiful house. The bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Clear instructions. However, a boat is always needed. Waterfront restaurants are not recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean & comfortable. I loved how each room had their own private bathroom; which is a plus for me & my family. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible view of Lake Atitlan, it was stunning during the day & even more magical at night! We enjoyed our stay here & would be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
