Montecristo Villas

The Property

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community in Los Cabos, perched on a dramatic mountainside with sweeping ocean views over Quivira’s Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Impeccably landscaped and carefully maintained, the community offers privacy, a refined clubhouse, and a peaceful Pacific setting at the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each villa includes:

• Private infinity pool
• Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis
• Spacious terraces
• Central family room
• Reading areas
• Walk-in closets

Please note that reservations are not tied to a specific villa. All villas share the same layout, amenities, private pool, and private jacuzzi. Views may vary slightly between villas, and a specific view or location cannot be guaranteed. Villas are managed in both Phase I and Phase II.

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Please reserve the villa using the correct guest count. If additional guests arrive beyond the number included in the reservation, the extra-guest fee will increase to $100 USD per person per night when reported during or after check-in. If you are unsure of your final group size, guests may be added before arrival at the standard rate. Please update the reservation at least a couple of days before check-in.

Housekeeping is not included but may be added for $100 USD per day.

Please review the house rules carefully. The Montecristo community maintains strict regulations to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Pantry items are not provided, including:

• Cooking oils
• Aluminum foil
• Plastic wrap
• Coffee
• Sugar

Guests also have access to Pueblo Bonito Resorts, which offer excellent service standards and amenities.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The Government of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local environmental and community infrastructure. Reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward are subject to this tax.

The charge is $85 MXN per room per night, approximately $5 USD, and will be collected at check-out in addition to the rental total.

Guest Discounts

The following discounts apply during your stay:

• 10% off food and beverages at Pueblo Bonito restaurants and bars
• 20% off spa treatments at Pueblo Bonito spas
• 25% off rounds of golf at the exclusive Quivira Golf Course

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, certificates, or coupons.

Outside Services

Outside services are not permitted within the Quivira Los Cabos community. This includes private chefs, catering services, grocery shopping services, maid services, and similar services. Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are permitted.

Extra Guest Charges

Any guest added after the original reservation is made will incur an additional fee. Please ensure that the number of guests on the reservation matches the total number of people staying in the villa.

All guests must be registered, and all applicable guest fees must be paid. The extra-guest fee is $50 USD per person per night for guests added after booking. This fee increases to $100 USD per person per night for additional guests reported during or after check-in.

Villa Assignment

The specific villa will be confirmed only at check-in and cannot be confirmed or guaranteed beforehand. As a multi-unit vacation rental property, villas are assigned according to scheduled departures and arrivals.

Early Check-In

Upon arrival, you are welcome to go directly to the clubhouse reception desk. We cannot confirm in advance whether a villa will be ready for early check-in, regardless of the circumstances.

The villa is guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. If it becomes available earlier on the day of check-in, we will be happy to provide access. While waiting, guests may use the clubhouse facilities. Our team can also store luggage and groceries until the villa is ready.

Vacation Rental Experience

This is a vacation rental experience, which differs from a timeshare or a hotel rental booked directly through the resorts.

Several amenities included with resort bookings are not included with vacation rentals. The amenities provided for this vacation rental are consistent with those generally offered in the vacation rental industry and with Airbnb’s recommendations for essential amenities.
