House Rules
- Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 9 AM
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property

- Parties and disturbances are not allowed
- No additional guests beyond those registered
- Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the condo
- Parking must be in spot #3103; do not block neighbors’ spaces
- Speed limit inside the community is 15 km/h
- Pets are not permitted
- Glass containers are forbidden in the pool and common areas
- Loud music is not allowed in common spaces
- Dispose of garbage only in designated chutes; no littering or leaving trash in common areas
- Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the pool and clubhouse areas
- Use of drones is strictly prohibited
- Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD

The location was beautiful, the condominium grounds were well-kept and the pools were fantastic. It was great to be able to look out the window and see the Gulf of California and the rock formations at the southern end. It was easy to drive from the condo to the main area of the city where the restaurants were. The condo was very quiet so that we could rest and sleep easily from our busy days. The only real issue was the slow response time of the management company as well as their lack of attention to detail.

We absolutely love the Vista Vela community and have been coming here for many years. It’s ideally located just outside the Cabo San Lucas city centre, offering both convenience and a bit of tranquility. We really enjoyed this unit—it’s spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The layout is perfect, and the overall size makes it feel like a true home away from home. The unit also includes a parking space, and the pool is just a short walk away. Everything was clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with a barbecue, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this was a really beautiful property and we had a great stay. The view from the balcony was amazing we could see the ocean clearly and watch boats and ships moving around throughout the day and even into the night. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the balcony. it was absolutely beautiful. The property itself was very nice and well kept. Everything was comfortable and exactly what we needed for the trip. I also appreciated that the owners provided helpful beach items like umbrellas and other beach gear in the house. The only downside was communication before the trip. I asked about booking a private chef and transportation from the airport but didn’t receive follow-up responses. After arriving they did offer transportation back to the airport, but by then we had already arranged our own. Aside from that, the property itself was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo unit was beautiful and spacious and looked exactly as the pictures showed. The unit was quiet and we rarely heard any other tenants. The patio area is quite large and great for lounging. The pools were rarely busy and we could easily find spots. The gym was great and also not busy. Having the 24 hour grocery store and Costco so close was perfect for shopping. The security out front made the place feel quite safe. Security staff and all staff on site were always friendly! The unit was clean but could use a bit of TLC in certain areas. The couches were still quite wet from steam cleaning when we arrived so we had to dry the cushions outside for a while. Some walls in the bedrooms had stains and marks on them that could easily be cleaned up. Found chewing gum on the floor by the bed in one room. Perhaps a chat with the cleaning company is needed 😊 Getting into Cabo by Uber is really easy and cost is less than $10 US each way. Overall we had a great stay and would return!

Great location and space. Beautiful view and a 10 min cheap uber to downtown Cabo. Place was decently clean, spacious, and the beach chairs and umbrella was clutch. Thank you!

We really loved this place. The view of the bay and arch was spectacular. It was very quiet there. Security was excellent. We enjoyed the pool. The distance to downtown and the airport was just right.
