Casas Kismet typically operates as a private retreat center but opens its doors during select holiday weeks for individual guests and families looking for tranquility.

Your stay includes daily breakfast and full access to boutique amenities such as:

The team is available to assist with booking on-site massages and local excursions, allowing you to fully unwind without worrying about the details.

The Karma Penthouse comfortably accommodates six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

• Bedroom 1: King bed (can be separated into two twin beds), private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed

The suite features a fully equipped kitchen including:

• Refrigerator
• Stove
• Microwave
• Coffee maker
• Blender
• Pots, pans, and cookware
• Plates, glasses, and silverware

There is ample indoor and outdoor living space, central air conditioning, and reliable WiFi throughout the property. Enjoy the sounds of the jungle and ocean from your private patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The patio includes four hammock swing chairs and an outdoor dining table for six.

This luxurious three-bedroom suite offers some of the most stunning views in the area and is conveniently close to the beach. Positioned atop a hill, it benefits from a pleasant breeze.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all shared areas on the property, including:

• Saltwater pool and lounge deck
• Open-air gym with mats and weights
• Cold plunge
• Shaded outdoor seating areas

While your unit is completely private, the rest of the grounds are shared with other guests staying during the same holiday week. The on-site team is available daily to assist with any needs, answer questions, and coordinate massages, excursions, or transportation.

• Smoothies, beverages, and snacks are available at the bar for an additional cost (cash only). The bar is not open continuously.
• Lagarta Lodge, the nearest restaurant within walking distance, offers incredible views, especially at sunset.

Location

The property is situated in the hills of Playa Pelada, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Transportation such as a car, ATV, or golf cart is recommended since the location is a bit farther from Guiones and Nosara Town. TukTuks are also available as an affordable taxi option around town.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be made but may be limited during full bookings to allow adequate cleaning time.

Smoking is permitted only outside the property.

Nature and Environment

Costa Rica is one of the most biologically diverse countries in the world. If you enjoy adventure, nature, and relaxation, this is an excellent destination. However, insects and bugs are common due to the jungle surroundings. If you are uncomfortable with insects, this may not be the ideal location.

Because the property is immersed in nature, food—even crumbs—can attract ants and other insects. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves to minimize unwanted visitors.

The property emphasizes water and energy conservation. Fresh towels are available upon request from the housekeeper. Pool and beach towels are provided on-site, so you don’t need to bring extra towels.

Before entering the pool, guests are asked to rinse off sand and dirt using the outdoor shower located next to the pool.
