Staying in the Karma Penthouse Suite at Casas Kismet will give you a private, quiet, and a safe place to stay while visiting Costa Rica. We are located in the hills of Playa Pelada and boast incredible ocean views. Our property is close to the hustle and bustle but far enough to get you out of the noise of central Guiones. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach our spot is perfect for individuals, friend groups, families, or couples wanting to get away to Nosara, Costa Rica. The space Casas Kismet is normally a private retreat center, but during select holiday weeks we open our doors for individual guests and families looking for a peaceful escape in Nosara. Your stay includes daily breakfast and full access to our boutique amenities: a sparkling saltwater pool, open-air jungle gym, and an invigorating cold plunge. We’re happy to help you book on-site massages and local excursions so you can fully relax into vacation mode without worrying about the details. The Karma Penthouse unit sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom #1: King Bed (may be divided to 2 twin beds), Private ensuite bath Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with shared ensuite bath Bedroom #3: Queen Bed Equipped with full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. Large indoor and outdoor living space along with central AC and reliable WiFi in all areas of the property. Enjoy listening to the sounds of the jungle and ocean on your private patio over looking the Pacific Ocean with stunning views. The patio has four hammock swing chairs, and a six person outdoor table. This luxurious 3 bedroom suite has some of the best views in the area with proximity to the beach. You will also enjoy a nice breeze as we sit on top of the hill. Guest access Guests have full access to all common areas on the property. That includes the saltwater pool and lounge deck, the open-air gym with mats and weights, and the cold plunge. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shaded outdoor seating areas. Your unit is completely private, but everything else on the grounds is shared with other guests who may be staying during the same holiday week. Our team is on-site daily to help with anything you need, answer questions, and coordinate massages, excursions, or transportation. Other things to note We have smoothies, and offer other beverages and snacks at the bar for and additional extra cost (cash only). The bar is not open all the time. Lagarta Lodge is the closest restaurant within walking distance which also has incredible views especially at sunset. Other restaurants within the Pelada area include La Luna and Olga’s (both beach front), Il Pepperoni, Rosi’s, La Bodega Café, Chivo, Sunrise Cafe, Pulpo, and Secret Spot Ice Cream. LOCATION: We are in the hills of Playa Pelada. Only 10 minutes from the beach. We do recommend some sort of transportation, car, ATV, Golf Cart as we are a little further from Guiones and Nosara Town. You can also call a TukTuk which is an inexpensive way to taxi around town. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10:00am. Please inquire if you need an early check-in or late check-out. When we are fully booked it makes these requests a little more difficult as we want to ensure sufficient time to clean everything for you and the next guests. If you wish to smoke, please do so only outside the property. Costa Rica is one of the most biologically diverse places in the world. If you're looking to adventure, nature, and relaxation, this is the place for you! Bugs and insects are a common sight as we are in the middle of nature and the jungle. If you get scared easily with insects or bugs, this is not the right place for you and we recommend you find somewhere else to stay. Since we are living in the midst of nature, any food (even just bread crumbs) will attract ants and other insects. Please always clean after yourselves to avoid too many earthly visitors. We try our best to conserve water and energy. We ask if you need fresh towels, please let the housekeeper know and she will replace your towels. We have pool and beach towels on site for you to use so you don’t have to pack extra towels in your luggage. Before getting in the pool we ask you shower off any sand/dirt. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool for your use.
