Private Chef Experience

Many guests choose to include the private chef service, which adds convenience and quality to the stay.

• Fresh ingredients sourced daily
• Chef shopping fee: $80 per day
• Grocery costs reimbursed by guests, typically $18–$35 per person per day

Guests should bring the chef fee and at least $1,000 in cash as a food deposit upon arrival if chef services are requested. At the end of the stay, the chef will total the grocery expenses and deduct them from the deposit or request additional payment if the costs exceed the deposit.

A general food budget is approximately $15–$40 per person per day for all three meals.

Guest Access

Important Information

• Short power or water outages may occasionally occur in the region but are typically resolved quickly.
• The villa is located in a natural jungle environment. Guests may see birds, monkeys, lizards, and other wildlife.
• Doors and windows should be managed appropriately, especially at dusk.
• Children are welcome, but the pools are not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The property does not permit walk-in parties. Only registered guests may enter unless additional guests receive prior approval.
• Non-registered guests may be removed from the property.
• Loud parties are not permitted.
• The center pool area is private and may be used for gatherings, but loud music is not allowed after 9:00 p.m.
• Video surveillance cameras are located at the front and rear of the property and record 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• There are no video cameras inside the villa.
• Production, commercial video use, and pornographic recording are not permitted.

Rates for Additional Guests

The base rate covers 12 guests. Each additional guest after the first 12 incurs a charge of $60 per person per night.

Airbnb allows bookings for groups of up to 16 guests. For larger groups, please notify the host in advance. Additional guest charges will be billed separately after the reservation is confirmed.
