*3BR Oceanfront PH w/roof terrace & infinity pool*

Any review I write would only be revisiting what all of the reviewers have said. This condominium is in the absolutely perfect location. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful place in the best possible location if you were looking for a fifth Avenue experience.

Edith, our host, was there when we arrived. She was making sure that everything was in order prior to our arrival. She stayed with us for a few minutes explaining every part of the condo. She was wonderfully helpful. I believe the next day, one of the televisions went out. We sent a message. She was knocking on the door within a few minutes to resolve the issue. As stated in a bunch of other reviews, the location can not be better. Right on the beach and within a few steps of 5th Avenue.

This place was amazing! We are a family of 5, including 3 little kids (6, 3 and 1) and had a great time at Michelles place. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. Having someone come clean the apartment and change beach towels every other day was so helpful too. It is so convenient that you have a lot of restaurants close by. The first two days the weather was a little “cooler” and the pool felt a little cold for the little kids (they stop heating it at the beginning of April) but that didnt stop the fun at the pool. Will definitely come back.

Outstanding place, location, and host! We couldn’t have felt more comfortable and at ease. Michelle was a very responsive host who helped us all along the way. Easily accommodated our group of 8, and the kids loved the pool and beach access! We highly recommend this space!

Michelle was a wonderful host and Playa did not disappoint. The penthouse was a perfect fit for our group of 5 and you can’t beat the access to the beach and local activities. We absolutely loved the views from the roof top patio. Lots of friendly staff to help with whatever you may want. We will be back.

I stayed here with a couple of friends for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The complex and condo are even more beautiful in person and the location is exactly as described, steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants of Playa del Carmen and the Cozumel ferries but still so peaceful and secure. Additionally, not only are Gaby and Michelle very responsive and helpful but so is all the staff. The condo was spotless and literally had every amenity that we could have possibly needed. I definitely would stay here again and will recommend it to any one who would like to visit Playa del Carmen.

JUST BOOK IT. Amazingly, this place is even more gorgeous than the photos. The flat has everything you could need. The staff at the complex were all super nice and helpful. You are right on the beach with a fantastic pool and a great beach bar/restaurant next door. You're a block away from 5th Ave. which has everything you could possibly want. Location can't be beat. But for me, the balcony and the INCREDIBLE ROOF were what drew me to this listing and boy did they deliver. I spent so much time up on my roof soaking in the sun and sounds of the ocean. For the roof alone, I hope to go back here again. A+++!!

Our stay at Michelle’s condo was absolutely perfect, largely due to its IDEAL location. Being situated right on the beach w/a pool while only one block from 5th Avenue—perfectly nestled between 38th Avenue and the Cozumel ferry pier—meant that everything was walkable, from world-class restaurants to local shops. The condo was incredibly clean and well-equipped with full kitchen amenities and provided purified drinking water, plus a rooftop patio that we enjoyed daily. The layout worked great for our group; the master bedroom is very large, the second room with two queen beds is very spacious, and while the third room with the single queen is a bit tight, it is efficiently designed to fit the bed, nightstands, and armoire comfortably. Michelle was a wonderful host and offered to help us plan outings, though we found it very easy to book tours ourselves through the many salesmen at the booths along 5th Avenue. We had a blast, absolutely love Playa, and would definitely stay here again!

Great place! This is my second time staying in Luna and there is lots to do! Super walkable and secure!
