Housekeeping and Cleaning Procedures
In support of our "Touch the Earth Lightly" cleaning philosophy, guests are encouraged to reuse towels and linens for multiple days. This practice significantly conserves water and reduces waste, complementing our eco-friendly approach.
Cleaning schedules are as follows:

For stays of four nights, a deep clean is performed on day three. This includes a complete linen change and thorough sanitation of all surfaces, with special attention to frequently touched areas.

For three-night stays, an eco clean occurs on day two. This quick visit refreshes the accommodations without linen changes unless specifically requested.

No cleaning service is provided for stays of one to two nights unless requested, which may incur an additional fee.

Daily cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge.
If any issues arise during your stay, please inform us promptly. Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa, which must be addressed before departure.

Beautiful place with lots of greenery and lots of life in its surroundings. From the pool, resting after long days, we saw titi monkeys, macaws, lizards and listened to the howler monkeys. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just like the apartment, which was excellent. The only thing I would say is that the streets are not passable on foot, so if you do not have a vehicle it is very difficult to get around. Anyway, for me it's 5 stars, I was super happy with the place and would definitely come back. Recommended!

Beautiful villas, very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice small swimming pool. Close to bus stop so you can catch the bus to town or MAntonio park.

It's spectacular! Highly recommended. We stayed 4 nights and if we had known before booking, we would have stayed there longer. We felt very comfortable and were able to rest and fully enjoy ourselves. Everything is impeccable, tidy, every corner is useful for taking a picture since it is beautiful. The sheets, pillows, and mattresses are new and always smell clean. The kitchen is super complete for cooking from simple to very elaborate dishes. The pots and all the top-quality dishes, they give you salt, pepper and a very good coffee as a courtesy. The bathroom is very spacious and has a good counter to support creams, cosmetics and everything that women use. They even give you organic insect repellent. We loved the place and will recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for being in every detail and making our vacation a dream stay 😍💯

Would recommend this place. Nice outdoor area and clean rooms. Only thing would be noise of trafict since it’s close to a main road but that can’t be controlled. Thanks for the nice stay!
