Property Policies
- Adults only; children are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all studios and on patios.
- Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 smoking fee.

Housekeeping
As part of our “Touch the Earth Lightly” cleaning procedures, we ask guests to use towels and linens for more than one day whenever possible. This helps conserve water and reduces the amount of cleaning products entering the landfill and water table, even with our eco-friendly procedures.
- Deep Clean: Provided on day 3 of a 4-night stay, including a complete linen change and sanitation of all surfaces, with extra attention to high-touch areas.
- Eco Clean: Provided on day 2 of a 3-night stay. This is a brief visit to freshen the accommodation; linen service is not included unless requested.
- No Clean: No housekeeping service is provided for stays of 1–2 nights. Please let us know if you require service; an additional fee may apply.
- Daily Clean: Available for an additional fee.
Additional Information
If anything in your villa requires attention, please let us know as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for addressing any damage they cause to the villa before departure.

Beautiful place with lots of greenery and lots of life in its surroundings. From the pool, resting after long days, we saw titi monkeys, macaws, lizards and listened to the howler monkeys. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just like the apartment, which was excellent. The only thing I would say is that the streets are not passable on foot, so if you do not have a vehicle it is very difficult to get around. Anyway, for me it's 5 stars, I was super happy with the place and would definitely come back. Recommended!

Beautiful villas, very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice small swimming pool. Close to bus stop so you can catch the bus to town or MAntonio park.

It's spectacular! Highly recommended. We stayed 4 nights and if we had known before booking, we would have stayed there longer. We felt very comfortable and were able to rest and fully enjoy ourselves. Everything is impeccable, tidy, every corner is useful for taking a picture since it is beautiful. The sheets, pillows, and mattresses are new and always smell clean. The kitchen is super complete for cooking from simple to very elaborate dishes. The pots and all the top-quality dishes, they give you salt, pepper and a very good coffee as a courtesy. The bathroom is very spacious and has a good counter to support creams, cosmetics and everything that women use. They even give you organic insect repellent. We loved the place and will recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for being in every detail and making our vacation a dream stay 😍💯

Would recommend this place. Nice outdoor area and clean rooms. Only thing would be noise of trafict since it’s close to a main road but that can’t be controlled. Thanks for the nice stay!
