This rental immediately stood out to me as something unique—beautifully designed with so much local Costa Rican flair and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The kitchen was very well stocked, and having a dedicated laundry room was such a nice convenience. The hosts were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and professional. They responded so quickly that we genuinely never felt like we were waiting on an answer, which was very impressive. We also really enjoyed talking with them throughout our stay. The entire area felt very safe, peaceful, and comfortable. If you’re staying here, don’t miss Playa Potrero or the nearby hiking trail system that leads to Playa Dantita—one of our favorite secluded beaches in the area! There are also some great food spots nearby. El Tiki has fantastic ahi and blackened fish tacos, and Gritanga is definitely worth a visit as well. A beautiful, thoughtfully designed place in a wonderful part of Costa Rica. We’d absolutely recommend it!

First, I would like to say this is not to deter anyone from booking. The property is beautiful! The only drawbacks for me, being a senior, I wish I knew it was 19 stairs to get to the master bedroom after the stairs up to the main level from the garage. I also wish there was a concierge to show us around and maybe help with our luggage. I had to leave my luggage downstairs and carry up what I needed. If you workout, find out where the workout room is because I never found it. Good thing it wasn't important to me, going up and down the stairs was enough. Expect construction noise, which we knew about and lastly the outdoor lighting could use some attention. The one over the pool shines in your face through the crack in the drapes almost all night then comes on at 4 a.m. again and some don't even work in the walkways. With all of these minor drawbacks, we truly did enjoy our time there and would definitely recommend, just be prepared for these little things I thought I should point out.

This was one of the most spectacular Airbnbs I have ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many around the world. Everything was outstanding! The location is excellent, close to Potrero, Flamingo, Tamarindo, Playas del Coco, and many activities. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, organized, and decorated with high-end details. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent cookware, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the laundry area is great. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the pool was perfect after our daily activities. We especially loved being able to enjoy the outdoor areas without mosquitoes. Gustavo was an amazing host—very responsive and always available when needed. My only recommendation is to rent a 4x4, as the road to the property can be rough, which is completely outside the host’s control. Thanks, for an unforgettable stay. Five stars!

The villa was amazing. The host was super responsive and very accommodating no matter the time of day/night or what the request was he handled it promptly and to our satisfaction l. Would definitely stay at the Villa again. Side note: The chef was superb!

Drawing the curtains back of the master bedroom every morning and beholding the view, which looked different each day, set this place apart than other places we have stayed. We loved the architecture and how the 3 bedrooms were their own little oasis's. It worked perfectly for our family of 7 with our grown children. When we were not gazing at the view, we were in the pool, which was so refreshing. We loved being able to make smoothies every morning with the tropical fruit and Ninja blender that was provided. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Unique and beautiful stay. Lots of attention to detail. Amazing views, design, and decor. Spacious and well lit. Tough to find without GPS. Rough terrain once inside complex. Would definitely stay again.
