Villa Tiburón is a private oasis nestled between the Caribbean Sea and wild mangroves.

The Space

Every moment at Villa Tibón is designed for celebration, whether you are gathering around a sea-view dining table, enjoying a massage to the sound of the waves, or sipping cocktails with your feet in the sand. Experience luxury at your own pace and in complete privacy.

Set across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. With the bunk beds in the outbuilding, it can host up to 22 people.

Outbuilding

A small outbuilding at the front of the villa includes two single bunk beds and a sofa. It is ideal for larger groups or accompanying staff, such as nannies.

Babies

Babies are welcome, and travel cots are available upon request.

Services Included

• Private chef available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., preparing menus from around the world
  • The chef’s services are included in the rental price.
  • Grocery costs are not included.
  • You will be asked to select your preferred menus before your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for the cost of groceries.
  • A shopping service is available for 20% of the grocery cost.
  • Grocery payments are due upon arrival by credit card through the payment terminal or in cash.
• Butler providing daily management and maintenance

• Concierge service to help organize your stay, including transfers, activities, and exclusive regional experiences

Guest Access

Our concierge team will welcome you on site, help you settle into the villa, and remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions.

Additional Fees

• For groups of more than 16 guests, an additional charge of $100 per extra person per night applies.
• Additional guest charges are payable upon arrival.

Parking

• Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.
• A side parking area can accommodate approximately 10 vehicles.

Accessibility

A few steps are required to access the villa.

Towels and Bed Linen

Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

House Rules

• Smoking is permitted on the terrace but not inside the villa.
• Pets are accepted for an additional fee of $100 per animal.
• Pets are not permitted on the beds or sofas.
• Additional charges may apply in the event of damage or odors.
• Parties are permitted provided the property is respected.
• Any broken or damaged items must be replaced or reimbursed.

Security

Surveillance cameras are installed outside the villa.

Water

Guests have unlimited access to the drinking water dispenser throughout their stay.

Sargassum

The sargassum season typically runs from May through early October. The beach is regularly maintained by our team; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of sargassum, a natural phenomenon beyond our control. The sea follows its own rhythm.

Kosher Packages

Kosher vacation packages are available, including a private chef experienced in kosher food preparation and the laws of kashrut.

For guests requiring supervision, a full-time mashgiach can be arranged at an additional cost under the supervision of Kosher Cancun Mehadrin.

Glatt kosher meat and other kosher products are also available at an additional cost. Contact us to customize a fully kosher experience for your stay.
