The Space

Unregistered guests must pay an additional fee. Use of the common areas is subject to the house rules.
No cooks or meals are included by default.

Jacuzzi access includes two heated uses per day. Use is unlimited without heating, and additional heated uses are available for an extra fee.
Guests may also pick mandarins and mangoes from the trees.
Food and Cooking Services
Food is available only upon request for an additional fee. Guests may choose from the following options:
- Catering service
- Daily meal menu
- Bringing their own groceries and hiring a cook
Cook fees are:
- 150,000 Colombian pesos per day for up to 10 people during low season
- 300,000 Colombian pesos per day for 11–20 people during low season
- 200,000 Colombian pesos per day for one cook serving up to 10 people during high season
- 400,000 Colombian pesos per day for two cooks serving 11–20 people during high season

- The following guest information is required by the government: full name, passport number, nationality, and city of residence.
- A 19% value-added tax applies to Colombian citizens and is payable at check-in.
- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- Departures or arrivals outside these hours are charged at 200,000 Colombian pesos per additional hour.
- Some flexibility may be possible during low season or when there are no same-day reservations.
