Construction is taking place nearby. Although we strive to provide a peaceful stay, some noise may occur during the day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Traditional vendors may come to the door offering fresh fruits and vegetables. A variety of fruit can be purchased directly from the house.

Lyda was a wonderful host and communicated very well for our stay. She also made sure we had information about transportation, food, housekeeping and other services. The Casa was beautiful and very clean. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop pool!

Lyda’s home was the perfect oasis for our girls trip! The location was ideal, the house was gorgeous, and Lyda’s hospitality made it feel like home. If I ever take another trip to Cartagena, I hope to stay here again. Thank you for everything, Lyda!

Loved this space! Gorgeous and the AC in the rooms was bumping. Pros: - super walkable -fairly quiet, some construction but it didn’t start til 9am ish - gorgeous interior - maid and cook as an add on made everything so easy. Mayo was lovely. The breakfast was delicious - rooftop jacuzzi isn’t hot which is great with the hot weather. Loved hanging here Cons: - no shared space with AC so if you’re looking to hang out with a big group youll have to hang on the rooftop pool (not the worst of problems ) - the bathrooms in the rooms are open concept with glass showers so if you’re doing a trip with friends and sharing rooms, you’ll have to take turns in the room using the bathrooms - there are 4 stories, not a big con but worth noting for accessibility

The place is very nice, Mrs. Lyda takes care of it very well and sent someone to clean for us every day. Mayito was very friendly and made us coffee in the morning and could even cook for us Many rooms and the pool is comfortable

Lyda’s place was beautiful! My family and I truly enjoyed the setting and overall ambiance of the space. Close to everything, we really can’t imagine of any better place to have stayed. The housekeeper was so sweet and timely, the house is absolutely stunning!! 10/10! We’ll see you again soon 🥰

What a beautiful place to stay for a girls trip! Casa Lyda is located in a convenient area( Getsamani) not far from trinadad sqaure and walkable to the near by clock tower. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful just like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. We felt safe and secure in the home. The house keeper Mayo was so amazing. She attended to all of our needs and had such a beautiful and kind spirit. Lyda’s recommendation for the driver David was fantastic in addition to the masseuse Luz Ney. David was timely and got us to and from our destinations safely. He was available whenever we needed him. We used him for airport pick up and drop off, along with some other activities we did. We also used the private chef Leo. Her food was AMAZING! She was accommodating and made sure our meals were ready on time. Luz Ney was FANTASTIC her hands are magic and she’s so sweet! Lyda was the perfect host and we are looking forward to making this our second home

I highly recommend this place. The best part of it was Mayo (housekeeper) so friendly and attentive to all needs. She is included with the house. She went above and beyond and so kind and caring. The house is beautiful, very accommodating, pictures are precise. Just a short uber or 14 min walk to everywhere. Beautiful place!

Excellent stay. The house is beautiful, the AC works perfectly, the pool is in very good condition, very good location. We were 10 friends and we all slept very comfortably. Very friendly host, the housekeeper (Mrs. Mayo) was super friendly, the cook (Mrs. Leo) was very punctual and the food was delicious. At night you can hear the music from the surroundings, but nothing too annoying. Excellent experience, we will definitely be back!
