If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! We booked this place for a bachelorette weekend with 11 girls and it was perfect! Close to the airport and the rooms were spacious. Most of them each had their own bathroom and it had really great air conditioning. It was walking distance to the restaurants and dock. The biggest take away with the customer service from J. She was so kind and so helpful. She cooked us a delicious Colombian breakfast everyday and helped us navigate the town for food and things to do. When we left, I forgot my charger and she ran to meant up with the van to bring it to me - she truly went above and beyond! The security guard Julio was great and gave us safety tips before walking around the town. You will not regret booking here!!!

Eliana's place was lovely. Had a pleasant experience. Yebis and Julio, the house managers, were super attentive and helpful. Yebis makes awesome empandas! Everyone was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do, she even recommended a dentist when we needed one. The house was clean and large enough to fit our 11 guests. Grocery store and mall were steps away and ended up being very convenient. Would stay here again!

Eliana's place was perfect for my girls trip. There was more than enough space for the 5 of us. Eliana was proactive, reached out ahead of time to make sure we had transportation from the airport, and even checked in to see if we needed transpo back to the airport at the end of our stay. As described, the place came with a housekeeper who was so fun and friendly. She went grocery shopping for us at the start of our stay, cooked us breakfast on the days we needed her to, kept everything super neat and we always came home to freshly made beds and tidy rooms. She even went back to the grocery store to buy medicine when one of my party got sick. We also felt super safe and taken care of having all-night security at the front door every night. Overall, Eliana's place was the best and I will definitely be back!

Excellent option to stay in Cartagena, the Staff and Eliana were always super friendly and helped us in everything we needed. The accommodation was in excellent condition, feel free to stay here, we would definitely all come back!

The house has an excellent and comfortable location, there are several options of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, bars nearby, the place is spacious and clean, it has a delicious mango tree, the caretakers are excellent people who are with you in the house without one feeling uncomfortable, what if I would like it is not an option but IF a key is provided to the guests since one day in the evening back with my family we were most eager to go to the bathroom and Julio it took about 10-15 minutes to open us, nothing of importance but having a copy of the key would probably be facilitated and this type of situations would be avoided since while we waited the rappers came to insist and we did not have where to run. However my rating is 5 stars to this spectacular place, and I would definitely return with my family, friends at this pleasant experience, everyone was very attentive to us and we felt very safe. Thank you for everything

As Americans visiting, this place was amazing. The helpful day and night staff (Julio at night who was always there to help and walked us to several restaurants when requested, or Yeibis who was a Rockstar of a cleaner and a superstar cook at breakfast) made us feel safe and cared for. We had one Spanish speaker in our group, but they would have been just as amazing if the language barrier existed. The pool and outdoor area were perfect. 11/10 would recommend!!

Our stay at Eliana’s was wonderful. It was very clean with excellent location. It was close enough to everything and busy enough that we felt we were near everything but fair enough from the busy bars and clubs that we were able to get sleep with no problem. The on site staff were amazing. They were helpful and friendly.

We had the best time. Eliana’s place was incredible. It was like an oasis in the heart of the walled city. Perfect for our family. Yeibis was there during the day to make sure we had what we needed, made incredible breakfast, and was like a part of our family. Our kids didn’t want to leave! Julio was there overnight to make sure all was safe and he couldn’t have been nicer. Eliana and her team were easy to work with and helped us to give our family a fun adventure in a new country. We are forever grateful!

Do not hesitate to book Eliana’s place. Yeavis and Julio are there with you but very professional and respectful. They make you feel at home with luxury and conveniences you will not find anywhere else. I did not want to leave and will definitely return to this place on a regular basis. Special thanks to Eliana as well as we were there celebrating my bday during Super Bowl weekend. Eliana arranged for a massive 75’ tv to be brought in and setup so we had an awesome experience for the Super Bowl. Thank you soooo much for the awesome stay Eliana and team!!! See you again soon!!!
