The Space
Set on a hillside spanning more than 11,000 square meters, this Balinese-style villa was designed by architect Alejandro Cavanzo. It combines luxury, nature, and privacy.
The estate includes three houses:
- A five-bedroom main house
- A separate studio
- An additional house for staff
Designed for comfort, the single-level main house features an open kitchen, terraces, and a saltwater pool with a jacuzzi overlooking the valley.
The interiors are filled with natural light and ventilation. Exposed wooden-beam ceilings and large sliding doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a palm-lined green wall, and a private forest reserve.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, including:
- The main house
- The separate studio
- The saltwater pool and jacuzzi
- The spacious terraces
- The lush gardens
The property has private access and parking for several vehicles.
The drive from the village of Anapoima to the estate takes approximately 10–15 minutes. The route includes asphalt, concrete, and gravel roads and crosses a bridge over the Bogotá River.
Upon arrival, the estate staff will welcome you and provide assistance throughout your stay.
Important Information
- This property is available for family groups only.
- Service staff are required and are not included in the reservation price.
- The staff fee is 100,000 COP per day for 8 hours of work.
- One staff member must be hired for every six guests.
- Groups of more than six guests require additional support staff.
- Additional hours cost 15,000 COP per hour.
- Staff payments are made directly to the staff.
- The housekeeper handles cleaning and meal preparation.
- A butler is available to assist with your needs during your stay.
The Airbnb cleaning fee and the housekeeping staff fee are separate. The Airbnb cleaning fee covers preparing the house before arrival and cleaning it after departure. The housekeeping staff fee covers care provided during the stay and must be paid directly to the staff before check-out.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own groceries. In accordance with local custom, staff members do not bring separate food and eat what they prepare, so please bring enough food for them as well.
House Rules
- Loud parties and events are not allowed.
- The property is located in a family condominium.
- Music and noise are not permitted after 11:00 p.m.
- Violations may result in fines equivalent to several minimum wages, which may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check-out time is strictly enforced.
- Late check-outs are treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

The farm is located in a private place, surrounded by lots of vegetation. It is a very spacious and comfortable place, with all the necessary amenities for an excellent stay. The rooms have French doors with spectacular views, which create a sense of spaciousness and connect you directly to nature. You can enjoy the entire house. And if you're a nature lover, bird watching and their singing is wonderful. It is a space to unwind and relax amidst the good taste of the house's decor and the surrounding atmosphere. Mr. Luis and Carolina take very good care of you. They handle food preparation and maintenance of the property and rooms in a friendly and extraordinary way, so you'll have time to rest and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with a panoramic view. You must bring what you need to prepare your food and drinks; however, if you need something, Mr. Luis can bring it from the town, which is 10 or 15 minutes from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything exceeded our expectations! The house is stunning, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Luis and Carolina were exceptional . Their service, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Beautifully decorated home, with 5 very comfortable bedrooms. The staff made us feel welcome and took very good care of us and our children. Use the GPS location to find it as the map can be inaccurate. It is also away enough from town that you want to bring all the groceries you need for your stay. The staff can fetch anything you're missing and will accommodate your food preferences.

We loved everything about this house! The thoughtful touches and beautiful layout made for an amazing stay with our kids and their grandparents. I cannot say enough about the staff. We brought food to make an American Thanksgiving dinner, and we truly felt like we were sharing our tradition with family. We would definitely return! We did have a little trouble finding the house. The location that I included in Waze from the Airbnb link stopped before the actual location on the road. I might recommend sharing a little bit of information with landmarks before guests arrive, so they can be sure where they’re going!
