The Space
This spectacular Balinese-style villa in Anapoima offers 450 square meters of construction on an 11,500-square-meter lot, complete with terraces and interior gardens. Designed by architect Alejandro Cavanzo, the property combines luxury, nature, and privacy on a hillside overlooking the valley.

The single-level main house is designed for comfort and accommodates up to 12 guests in five spacious rooms, each with a view. The surrounding gardens and open spaces create a peaceful setting for families.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, including:
- The main house
- The separate studio
- The saltwater pool and jacuzzi
- The terraces
- The gardens
- Private parking for several vehicles
The property has private access. The journey from the village of Anapoima takes approximately 10–15 minutes along a route combining asphalt, concrete, and gravel, including a bridge crossing over the Bogotá River.
Upon arrival, the estate staff will welcome you and provide assistance throughout your stay.
Housekeeping and Staff
For every six guests, one staff member is required. Larger groups require additional support.
- Housekeeping is mandatory and is not included in the reservation.
- The cost is COP 100,000 per day for eight hours of work.
- Each additional hour costs COP 15,000.
- Payment is made directly to the staff.
- The staff member handles cleaning and meal preparation.
- A butler is also available to assist with your needs during the stay.
The Airbnb cleaning fee and the staff service fee are separate charges. The cleaning fee paid through Airbnb covers preparation of the house before arrival and cleaning after departure. The staff fee covers service during the stay and must be paid directly to the staff before departure.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own groceries. In accordance with local custom, staff members do not bring their own food and eat what they prepare, so please bring enough food for them as well.
Important Information
- This property is available for family groups only.
- Parties and noisy events are not permitted.
- The house is located in a family condominium.
- Music and excessive noise are prohibited after 11:00 p.m.
- Condominium staff enforce these rules.
- Violations may result in fines equivalent to several minimum wages, which may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are considered an additional night and will be charged accordingly.

The farm is located in a private place, surrounded by lots of vegetation. It is a very spacious and comfortable place, with all the necessary amenities for an excellent stay. The rooms have French doors with spectacular views, which create a sense of spaciousness and connect you directly to nature. You can enjoy the entire house. And if you're a nature lover, bird watching and their singing is wonderful. It is a space to unwind and relax amidst the good taste of the house's decor and the surrounding atmosphere. Mr. Luis and Carolina take very good care of you. They handle food preparation and maintenance of the property and rooms in a friendly and extraordinary way, so you'll have time to rest and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with a panoramic view. You must bring what you need to prepare your food and drinks; however, if you need something, Mr. Luis can bring it from the town, which is 10 or 15 minutes from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything exceeded our expectations! The house is stunning, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Luis and Carolina were exceptional . Their service, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Beautifully decorated home, with 5 very comfortable bedrooms. The staff made us feel welcome and took very good care of us and our children. Use the GPS location to find it as the map can be inaccurate. It is also away enough from town that you want to bring all the groceries you need for your stay. The staff can fetch anything you're missing and will accommodate your food preferences.

We loved everything about this house! The thoughtful touches and beautiful layout made for an amazing stay with our kids and their grandparents. I cannot say enough about the staff. We brought food to make an American Thanksgiving dinner, and we truly felt like we were sharing our tradition with family. We would definitely return! We did have a little trouble finding the house. The location that I included in Waze from the Airbnb link stopped before the actual location on the road. I might recommend sharing a little bit of information with landmarks before guests arrive, so they can be sure where they’re going!
