We absolutely loved the place and our stay here! It is even more beautiful, peaceful, and unique than the photos. You can see the thought and love that has been put into the space. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Antigua. I will 100% be back!

Thank you, Mercedes and Juan, for the prompt communication. Even before I booked, they provided information and answered my questions. Clear instructions with photos on how to get there and park the cars. From the moment we arrived, everything was in order and clean. The dining room and kitchen have everything you need to prepare food or simply heat it up. Stable 5G internet. Walking to Parque Central took 12 to 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We loved the house because of its airiness, its décor, and the colonial fountain. We look forward to returning next year.

Whenever my group is in Antigua we love to stay and Juan Y Mercedes's place! We've stayed there many times and always look forward to going back. The home is perfect distance from downtown Antigua, secluded and quiet but close enough that it's just a quick walk to get downtown. The home has beautiful gardens, and a nice kitchen, and Juan Y Mercedes are great hosts!

Very nice house in a good location. Very comfortable and clean rooms. It has everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend it.

Nice place for a big group. We were 11 people and had it all to ourselves which was nice for privacy. There is a nice garden to hang out. Be aware that location is not accurate. We booked it because it was “close” to the city center and we had an elder in our group, but on check in day they shared the correct location and it was farther than indicated in the description. Suggestion: trash cans in the bedrooms would be helpful. Lugar cómodo para grupos grandes. Éramos 11 personas y tuvimos todo el lugar para nosotros, lo cual fue muy agradable en términos de privacidad. Hay un lindo jardín para conversar y pasar el rato. La ubicación no es precisa, está más lejos de lo indicado en la descripción. Como sugerencia: sería útil contar con basureros en las habitaciones.

Juan and Mercedes place felt really cozy and rustic at the same time, with a mini museum vibe due to the nice decorations around the place. Place was also close to the calzada Santa Lucia, so you can reach many places with a short walk.
