The space was perfect! Very well equipped, nothing was missing! The children enjoyed the games available by the pool and in the house. The location is really a plus; we didn't use the car during the stay! It's all about walking. We would be happy to come back to Tamarindo and to Roni's place!

Roni’s property was exactly as pictured/described. Great layout for us with our 2 teen/young adult children. We loved the private pool that was delightfully refreshing and the 5 minute walk to town/beach out the back gate. The house manual with detailed appliance instructions was very helpful and host extremely responsive to any questions/concerns. We had a super stay and would have loved to enjoy the space longer.

Our family had a lovely time at Roni’s Airbnb!! The location was amazing, and the space layout was very nice for our crew of 5 with 3 teens. My only complaint is that the sofa was a great size, but broken in some areas. Not a huge deal because you aren’t hanging out inside a lot, but it could definitely stand an upgrade. Roni was very responsive and arranged our travel to/from the airport. We’d definitely come back!

We fell in love with Costa Rica and Roni's place. We will not hesitate to return or recommend this place. Location: in a gated community, easy to find, on site parking, a quick walk into center of town and beach. Check in: smooth and easy, Gretta the care taker was thorough and there is also a detailed book which has all the details. House: Clean, kitchen basic essentials, small safe, AC in all the rooms, hot water for showers, and lots of bathroom counter space and storage in bedrooms, found the beds comfy, pillows were a little flat for our liking. Pool: is well kept and clean, towels provided, the cabana and outdoor washroom and shower is a great bonus We lucked out and didn't have neighbour's for most of our stay. There is a slight lack of privacy when on the balcony, but we were aware of that from previous reviews. we never met Roni, but responsive to questions and communication, a great host.

We had a lovely stay here in Tamarindo. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better, with an easy walk to both the beach and plenty of great restaurants in town. A huge bonus for us was having access to a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This place lived up to the great reviews! The house was clean, walkable distance to the strip, looked exactly like the pictures and more importantly safe (in a gated community) Roni was amazing! Very responsive, able to give us local recommendations and even set up us with transportation to and from airport! If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again!

This place was like home, kitchen was fully stocked more than other places we have used. Roni was responsive and communicated with us. The pool was amazing to have as the heat at the beach was nice to get away from. Only issue was the neighbour’s had younger kids and were very loud both in mornings and at night.
