Guest Access
Guests have full access to the unit and may use the air conditioning.
Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning. The residence is located in the wonderful Amapas area, and the building is well integrated into the Sierra Madre forest.
To support an eco-friendly stay, guests are encouraged to keep the sliding doors open in all rooms during the day and turn off the air conditioning when weather permits, including at night.
Air conditioning in the living room and kitchen may be turned on upon request for a fee of $1,000 pesos per night. This fee must be paid in full at check-in for all nights of the stay. Whenever possible, guests are encouraged to keep the air conditioning off in these areas.

Pets

We had a little issue due to water leaking from the rain but other than that it was a great stay. Beautiful home, the pool was amazing and the view was unbelievable.

Beautiful place and great hosts! The hosts were super communicative and helped with anything we needed. The view is amazing and the pool was perfect for our group of 10. All the rooms and bathrooms matched the pictures and it’s not far from the restaurants, beach or bars. Thanks for hosting us!

Gabriela’s place is exactly as described and better than the photos. I spent my 40th birthday with 4 other friends and we had plenty of space and privacy. Views from both decks are panoramic and absolutely stunning. Gabriela was quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. Location is higher up so we didn’t want to walk to town, easy and cheap uber so it was not an issue for us. Views and peaceful surroundings are worth it. I would highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be staying again. Much appreciation and made my birthday very memorable.

Had a good week at Gabriela’s penthouse. Concierge at front desk Herman was very friendly and helpful. Went with the recommendation of chef Jose for a private dinner and it was amazing - would definitely recommend if you are able. Uber is necessary to get to/from restaurants and shopping. Would also recommend getting A/C throughout the condo as it gets very hot.

I rented this place for a week and i was a little concerned that it was uphill out of town a little but after getting there and realizing you pretty much walk downhill to get to town which is a very short walk especially using the little shortcut trail by the bridge it was very easy and uber rides are SO CHEAP that it doesn't matter. This place has the best view, you get privacy in the rooftop pool for the room, the view was absolutely what you see in the pic, we were in penthouse #1. I would rent this place every time I go, I was sad to leave lol. The host is very responsive, the place is huge, 4 bathrooms as well. Washer and dryer, fitness room downstairs that I did not use but looked very nice. The staff at the front desk were really nice, I will be back next year!!!
