This is the second time I’ve stayed with MayanKey and will definitely come back. Everything was so perfect! The beds are super comfortable and the linens high quality. They provide soap, shampoos, towels, everything!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation is really beautiful, very comfortable, and attention has been paid to every last detail. The rooms were impeccably clean and the house has beautiful finishes that make the whole place feel modern, cozy and very tasteful. The common areas were also excellent. The pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying, and the gym had everything you needed to stay active during your stay. Overall, the house is very nice and exceeds the expectations one might have upon arrival. The condo's location is also excellent. The area is very nice, quiet and has many places of interest and services nearby. In addition, having a 24-hour Oxxo just a few steps away is a great advantage, since it allows you to get practically anything you need at any time. It was definitely an excellent experience and we would stay here again without thinking.

This has been the best airbnb I have EVER stayed at. The pictures truly do not do it justice-everything is absolutely beautiful. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were a group of five girls and we all had our own space which we loved. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach/pool supply closet was greatly appreciated. THE POOLS. Book this right now just for the pools you will not regret it. Insanely beautiful and all heated! We had so much fun going to the swim up bars for drinks and snacks. I loved how it wasn't ever busy or super populated- this was truly an oasis of peace and calm. Customer service was top notch. Host was very responsive! If you couldn't tell were obsessed and will be hopefully coming back every year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, The accommodations were very comfortable and impeccably clean! Every need was anticipated by the hosts. There was a slight hiccup with the upstairs bathroom that was fixed within an hour. Playacar is a beautiful & safe community and the distance to get into Playa del Carmen is very walkable. We would highly recommend this lovely home!

The host was great and very clear and attentive. The resort is gorgeous and full of beautiful plants everywhere. The unit itself was also very nice and well equipped and very organized with lots of dishes, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella etc. The beds were super comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were sub-par, so although we appreciated they were provided, I'd recommend bringing your own better quality products. The only real disappointment was that the beautiful, huge pool is not heated, and the hot tubs were luke warm at best, so we did not get to enjoy the pool nearly as much as we would have liked to. Also, they do not provide a washer and dryer, even though there is a washer that works in the unit. Those amenities should be provided to guests. Also, the steam/sauna & hot tub in the gym were not turned on, so we could not enjoy those amenities. Overall, we would recommend booking with the host Mayan Key and we enjoyed our stay in Playcar.

One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, the house has beautiful and functional architecture, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Well-equipped kitchen with various appliances and utensils. The condominium is beautiful with an extensive and beautiful pool (the most beautiful I have ever seen). The pool restaurant is very nice, tasty and has fair prices. At first we were unsure whether to stay in Playacar or in the center of Playa del Carmen, but we were pleased with our choice. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the Ferry, Parque Los Fundadores or Paseo del Carmen Mall. The AWA provides a golf cart to take guests / residents to Playa Playacar near the RIU Palace. We loved our stay and thank you for the great hosting you provided us.

Mayankey was a wonderful booking, great pool and gym. Super walkable and close to the centro of Playa dal Carmen. Would definitely stay here again.
