Come and experience the South Sea! The space Built in the '60s and recently renovated, "The South Sea" stands out for its exceptional architecture that pays homage to the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. This house offers a variety of comfortable and spacious environments to socialize and enjoy as a family, both indoors and outdoors. Among its attractions, you'll find a cozy Sala-bar surrounded by gardens, a TV room with access to a back deck equipped with hammocks, and a delicious heated pool surrounded by a spacious outdoor terrace with covered BBQ. In addition, it has a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen with work island and private parking for 6-8 vehicles. The house has WIFI, a power plant to illuminate much of the spaces in case of lack of energy, and water storage tanks. With 6 beautiful rooms, La Mar del Sur comfortably accommodates 16 people. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with hot water, ceiling fan and air conditioners. Two additional visiting bathrooms are available. Four rooms are located inside the house, while the remaining two have a separate entrance from the parking lot. In addition to the facilities offered by the house, we have support staff for some basic tasks that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. Electricity consumption included in the rate is 30 KW/h per day. The additional consumption will be billed separately. For stays longer than one week, energy consumption in the rate may vary. Check with us based on your case. The option to include extra beds is provided in some rooms to accommodate 18 guests, the maximum number allowed, including children. ## The Space

Originally built in the 1960s and recently renovated, "The South Sea" stands out with its remarkable architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The house offers a variety of spacious and comfortable areas designed for family gatherings and socializing, both indoors and outdoors.

The house has six well-appointed bedrooms that can comfortably host up to 16 guests. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom with hot water, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. There are also two extra guest bathrooms available.

Four bedrooms are located inside the main house, while two have separate entrances accessible from the parking area. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds, allowing a maximum occupancy of 18 guests, including children.

Support staff are available to assist with basic tasks, enhancing your comfort during the stay.
