Casa Attala was designed by a renowned Salvadoran architect and features a distinctive pyramidal structure with three levels. Custom wood décor, handcrafted beds and bunk beds, nightstands, benches, dining furniture, lounge chairs, and modern lighting details create a unique atmosphere.

The property’s nighttime landscape and pool lighting give the home a modern and romantic ambiance.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The first level includes four bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom for pool users.

The spacious second-level master suite includes:

• Two large queen beds
• One sofa bed
• Space to accommodate up to six guests comfortably
• A private staircase leading to the rooftop jacuzzi on the third level

The jacuzzi can accommodate several people and offers an elevated setting for enjoying the sunset or spending time with family and friends.

All beds and bunk beds are supplied with linens and pillows. The first-level beds can comfortably accommodate two people each. Personal towels are provided for bathroom and pool use.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen includes basic cooking and dining supplies, including:

• A gas stove
• Refrigerator
• Microwave oven
• Coffee maker
• Blender

A hair dryer is also provided.

The property includes an outdoor kitchen with stools, a dining table and chairs, living room furniture, a modern pool, and plenty of parking.

Location

Casa Attala is located directly on Cangrejera Beach, in an exclusive, beautiful, and secluded area of La Libertad. Cangrejera is known as a natural turtle-nesting area and wildlife sanctuary.

The property is approximately 25–30 minutes from:

• El Salvador International Airport Oscar Arnulfo Romero
• Surf City Walter Thilo Deininger National Adventure Park

The beach is clean, sandy, and free of rocks, with beautiful sunsets throughout the year.

During turtle-hatching season, ecological baby turtle family and children’s release experiences may be available for an additional group fee. Please ask for details if interested.

Guest Access

Guests have access to:

• All interior and exterior common areas
• All bathrooms
• All beds and bathrooms on the first, second, and third levels
• The pool
• The kitchen and its appliances

Guest Capacity and Additional Fees

The base nightly rate covers up to 15 guests, including children.

• Extra overnight guests: $40 per person per day, with prior host approval
• Day-pass visitors: $20 per person per day, with prior host approval

Please contact the host before arrival to coordinate additional guests. Extra nightly guest fees may be paid through the app or at the property.

Guests beyond the original reservation must be approved in advance. All day visitors must register with the on-site staff and leave at night. If a day visitor wishes to stay overnight, additional guest fees and host approval are required.

Beds and Sleeping Arrangements

Only the standard beds and sofa beds shown in the listing are provided. Floor mattresses and additional beds are not available, although guests may bring their own air mattresses or sleeping bags.

Private Cook Service

Private cook or chef services are available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for an additional fee. This service is especially convenient for large groups. Please inquire in advance regarding pricing and availability.

Laundry Service

On-site laundry service is available through the property staff:

• Washing: $10 per load
• Drying: $10 per load

Events and Parties

Private parties, events, service providers, and large day or nighttime gatherings beyond the original reservation group are not permitted without prior host authorization.

Approved events require:

• Advance disclosure and authorization
• A separate rental agreement
• Compliance with Casa Attala Oceanfront event policies and regulations
• Full advance payment of the applicable deposit

Requirements may vary according to the event type, group size, and total number of hours. The host reserves the right to cancel a future or ongoing reservation if these rules are not respected or if an event is not disclosed in advance.
