This brand-new 6,500 square foot home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a beautiful pool and an interior courtyard that includes a fish tank. The second floor boasts a 1,200 square foot deck offering spectacular views of Arenal Volcano.

The house is situated just 4.5 kilometers, or a 7-minute drive, from downtown La Fortuna.

As a Superhost from California with over eight years of hosting experience, I have welcomed travelers from around the world. I love to travel myself, and my goal is to create a joyful and memorable experience for every guest who stays in my Costa Rica home.

When I first arrived in Costa Rica, I fell in love with the area and built this house to reflect the experience I seek when I travel. Every detail—from the super comfortable pillows and beds to the hot showers, hair dryers, tranquil environment, breathtaking views, and refreshing pool—has been designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house.

Additional Information

Concierge services are available to all guests.

The house can accommodate many people, with 16 beds and two living room memory foam sofas, sleeping up to 18 guests. For groups larger than 16, there is an additional charge of $25 per person per day for memory foam floor mattresses, allowing a maximum of 20 guests.

Please note that all houses in Costa Rica operate on septic tank systems. Guests are kindly asked to avoid disposing of non-human waste in the toilets.
