The Space
Casa Almare combines minimalist design with natural materials, including exotic woods, stonework, and tropical vegetation. Built into the lush mountainside, the villa overlooks the Pacific Ocean and its ever-changing coastal views.
An impressive entryway leads to the main level, which includes:

The first and second floors each feature two spacious guest suites. Every suite includes:

The master suite occupies much of the main level and includes a secluded outdoor rain shower and direct access to the expansive infinity pool.
The kitchen features fixtures imported from Italy, exotic Brazilian granite countertops, and high-end stainless-steel appliances.

Staff and Meal Service
The cook prepares three meals per day, with service approximately from 8:00 a.m. until dinner is served around 7:00 p.m. This includes meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
Guests pay only for the cost of food and beverages purchased for the meals. Food and beverage costs are not included; only preparation and service are provided.
The maid handles household cleaning and linens. The houseman assists with meal service and drink preparation.

Pros: Beautiful view, nice house staff, great food, daily housekeeping Cons: cold jacuzzis, complicated communication, stains on some furniture, noisy beds, thin bed linens, dead cockroach on stairs At 8:10am on 2/22/26, the day we were supposed to check out, violence erupted and overwhelmed the city. Hotels were locked down. Airport was closed. Transportation services ceased. Immediate focus shifted to public safety and shelter in place orders. 24 hrs later, before the city’s infrastructure was reopened, the host became aggressive to resume payment else vacate immediately. We prepared to vacate the moment vetted transportation to our destination became available, which was 4pm that day. The host was angered, concerned only with extracting max payment possible and expressed zero concern for its guests and their children during an active shelter in place crisis. Even members of the house staff at the time of our departure had yet to return home out of concern for their safety.

Very grateful for Javet's attention, he always helped me solve any questions or situations. The Almare house team is quite friendly and willing. Beautiful ocean view, we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoors.

Extremely responsive. Amazing views from every room. Staff made us feel right at home… Alex got us everything we needed throughout the day always on hand, Hector was cooking all day kept our plates full, Juan and maria took great care of the house. Distance just right… Secluded enough for some privacy but not too far from the night life. Our second time at this villa would definitely recommend.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Book this place and do not hesitate. It is worth the price!!! Even better in person than the photos. Every room is stunning with incredible views. We celebrated my 40th birthday and had plenty of room for 12 people. But what truly stood out, was the amazing staff. Beyond amazing and cooked exceptional food. They served delicious drinks, were extremely attentive at every moment, and had great communication the entire time. The house maid decorated my room for my birthday as a surprise. I have never experienced any staff this kind and attentive. Truly an experience we’ll never forget. The host took a while to respond at times but otherwise, was an incredible stay and would absolutely come back.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking ocean view. Couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate our friend’s 40th bday. The staff were amazing and kept the house clean and cooked us delicious meals. Would definitely book again when coming to PV.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Almare. The property was gorgeous — we woke up to beautiful ocean views and whales every morning. The staff were great. The pool was delightfully warm. I would definitely book at the property again.
