This condo hotel is ideally located in Playa del Carmen, between the famous Quinta Avenida and the beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean. The resort combines a Thai-inspired setting with the relaxed atmosphere of the Mexican Caribbean.
The Space
This penthouse condo offers sea views from nearly every room. The living area includes a staircase leading to the highlight of the property: a private rooftop with a pool.
Spend your days relaxing in the sun and cooling off in the pool. In the evening, enjoy drinks and dinner beneath the stars in the pleasant Riviera Maya climate.

The condo is not available for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo.
Before your arrival, I am available to answer any questions. Once you are on-site, our local property manager, Maya Luxury Stays, can assist with maintenance and housekeeping needs that may arise.
The front desk is available only for guest check-in and check-out and does not provide concierge services. Please contact the local property manager for assistance with condo maintenance or housekeeping.
Towels and Housekeeping
The condo is equipped with the following for each guest:
- Two bath towels
- Two hand towels
- Two washcloths
Additional housekeeping during your stay can be arranged with the property manager for a fee.
Important Building Policies
To ensure all guests can enjoy their stay, Aldea Thai enforces a strict noise policy.
- No noise is permitted inside the condo or on the rooftop after midnight.
- If a noise complaint is received, electricity to the unit will be automatically suspended and a $200 USD fine will be charged to the security deposit.
- This policy also applies if public security assistance is required.
- Excessive trash must be taken by elevator to the first floor, then down one level to the parking garage, where dumpsters are located.
- Trash must not be left outside the condo.
- Aldea Thai building administration charges $150 for violations of this trash-disposal regulation.
Staff will not enter the property for cleaning or maintenance during your stay unless authorized by the guest.
All Aldea Thai common areas and high-contact surfaces—including doorknobs, doors, the lobby, furniture, and lounge chairs—are cleaned and disinfected.

A very nice and super comfortable place for a family vacation. An impeccable apartment with a pool on your private terrace. What more could you ask for?! The hosts are very friendly and always attentive. We were supported at all times . You won't regret it if you decide to stay here. In addition, the area is very close to the beach, restaurants, etc.

This property was a few minutes walk to the beach. There was some noise - bands playing a few doors down, not too loud. The noise contributed to the nice atmosphere. The rooftop deck was so relaxing, we loved it up there. Very comfy lounge areas, a table and chairs for drinking some morning coffee, 2 outdoor bed type things that were perfect for watching the sunrise or just the clouds. There was a rooftop private pool which was fine but we enjoyed the hotel pool more. The bed was so comfy we slept well every night, the pillows were great too. Bathrooms were great and the kitchen was great too. The decor was nice. Everything was wonderful. Book it.

Two words: Rooftop deck Seriously, why stay anywhere else in Playa Del Carmen?! Think about everything that creates a drag on a beach vacation.. fighting for parking, crowds, gross bathrooms, hauling around your stuff.. and throw them all out the window. Sylvia’s condo is everything you could ask for in a beach vacation and more. Most days were spent sunning on the deck with music, and a good book. Getting a little hot? Take a quick dip in your private pool. Hungry? Grab fresh food from the fridge. Need the bathroom? It’s clean, air conditioned and downstairs. Feel like a quick swim in the Caribbean Sea? Grab your towel and it’s a short 5 minute walk away. Dinner under the stars? Did that too. We probably spent ~90% of our waking hours on the rooftop deck. All the other things you care about were perfect as well. Clean, comfortable living areas and beds. Kitchen stocked with all the amenities of home. Sylvia and Mateo were the *best* hosts! So again.. why stay anywhere else?!?

Loved our stay! In particular, the rooftop deck, decor, and location were fabulous! We had a minor issue with waterflow but Sylvia was quick to respond and get the issue resolved. I would definitely stay here again!

Was exactly as expected. Amazing view from private rooftop. Each bedroom of his own bathroom and privacy. Place was really clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Silver she is a great host quick response and easy directions. Will definitely come back highly recommended

Great apartment, the description is correct. The best thing about the apartment is the roof terrace with pool, seating areas and beautiful views. Sylvia was very kind and responded quickly to our questions and solved our requests.

Nice place in the heart of all the action. The condo is huge and the roof deck is amazing. It’s a bit noisy but you get used to it. Remember that you are in the heart of the action just off the main avenue. We like a lot of the bars and restaurants on the side streets- jerk chicken especially. There’s also a huge supermarket by the Aloft hotel and a Starbucks 2 blocks away. Only complaint was there’s a humid smell throughout the building so bring air freshener. Also the bathroom showers can go
