Our experience at the El Delfín apartment in Las Catalinas was excellent in every sense. The place is spectacular, very well maintained, with tasteful details and in an exclusive location. Everything is designed for enjoyment and relaxation, from the ambiance, the air conditioning in all areas of the apartment, the connectivity, the facilities, and even the tranquility of the surroundings. The service from Anna and her team was exceptional. They were always very kind and willing to help us. Definitely a place we would go back to and that we fully recommend to those looking for a special experience in Costa Rica. Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable experience!

It was a great location in the newer building of Las Catalinas with access to beach club and other facilities. Located near the trails for biking and hiking. The condo is well equipped and perfect for small family or couple. The hosts offer great communication and direct feedback.

Great value for the money. The absolute highlight is the Beach Club access. The supermarket, restaurants, beach, and pool are all conveniently close by. Communication was also very good. The only real downside is that the property is right next to the street. However, this is clearly communicated beforehand, so it wasn’t an unpleasant surprise. In fact, there was very little traffic at night. I happened to be awake from 2–3 a.m., and literally not a single car drove by during that time.

Even though the unit was on a busy, loud road, the inside was very quiet and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to walking paths and the Las Catalinas neighborhood. Anna was very detailed (even provided pictures) with entry/exit instructions.

The location is the real star here. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and other amenities in the village within seconds. We also loved having access to the club, with its three pools, gym, and restaurant — perfect for going back and forth between the beach and the club throughout the day. A few minor things to know before you book: • Water pressure is quite low, so if you need a strong shower, this might not be the spot for you • The place sits close to the road, so early risers may notice some morning noise from construction and garbage trucks • The village grocery store has limited selection and prices are significantly marked up — if you’re planning to cook, it’s worth stocking up outside the village first None of these were dealbreakers for us. The price point was excellent for what you get, and we’d absolutely stay here again.
