The Space
Bocas Sunset Beach House is a beautiful eco beach house with luxurious touches. Relax on the spacious private deck overlooking the coral reef, snorkel directly from the dock, or step into the warm water from the beachfront cabana.
Enjoy vivid sunsets over the water, a coconut grove on either side of the house, and lush rainforest behind you. Fall asleep to the tranquil sound of waves below, then wake refreshed with coconut water from your own coconut grove.

The house is centrally located for tours, surfing, and hiking. It is only a five-minute boat-taxi ride from the main Bocas Town airport. Direct boat transfers are available; with a shared boat taxi, the property is typically the final drop-off, approximately 10 minutes away.

Enjoy this beautiful solar-powered eco house while relaxing in the sun and minimizing your environmental impact. The property is fully self-sufficient, so it continues operating on solar power even when the electricity goes out in town.
Hot-water showers are supplied by fresh, triple-filtered, pH-neutral rainwater. A reverse-osmosis drinking-water system is also provided.

Sarah's place is amazing. It really seems like something out of a movie. Mili is a genius who helped us a lot with very good suggestions. Maykol is also a genius, always very attentive to us and taking care of anything we needed! I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house with a fantastic view surrounded by rainforest. Very nicely decorated with loving details, all matching the beach house look! Great equipped kitchen and very comfortable mattresses! Milli and Sarah are very proactive with lots of great tips and perfect communication! You actually need a water taxi for all excursions. Oldbank and restaurants are within walking distance, but it's a somewhat adventurous route and requires good balance :-). Milli provides all the important contacts for water taxis, the best restaurants and possible excursions. Next door is Maikol, who can arrange fresh fruit or accompany you through the rainforest. It was a wonderful stay for us!

What a beautiful house in a stunning location! We really enjoyed ourselves—stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling right on the doorstep. The kitchen was great and fully equipped. Maikel and his family took us on a wonderful hike. We saw several sloths, various types of monkeys, birds, and small frogs. And Mili always had great tips for us. We hope to come back here again!

Bocas Sunset Beach House was everything we could have dreamed of and more...the comforts of a modern home on a lush tropical private island. Mili, Mikael and Sarah were literally a text away with any help or questions we had about water taxis, restaurant recommendations...I even asked for recommendations for a nail salon and tattoo shop and Mili was able to send me a few spots to check out. I didn't want to leave at the end of our trip. Everything about this place is so special.

Lovely place, very quiet with a beautiful view. Sarah and Mili are welcoming, helpful and very kind! They gave us great advices and contact informations. We felt right at home. There was everything we needed for a family! The house is well equipped. We felt lucky to be there.

We loved our stay at Bocas Beach House! We explored the island and surrounding areas during the day, and relaxed on the beautiful deck overlooking the water at night. Mikel showed us the way several beautiful beaches (Wizard, Red Frog, and Polo), and another day we took a boat ride Zapatillo Cay, where we enjoyed snorkeling and a lunch on an overwater restaurant featuring fresh seafood. Sarah and Mili are great hosts, they are so helpful and hospitable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bocas look no further!!!

Everything was wonderful! The house is absolutely charming, perfectly equipped, the view is incredible with the row of palm trees in the foreground... and above all, the whole team is lovely!!! A big thank you to Sarah, Milie and Maikel!
