La Villa Bella su Hacienda is a private vacation home on Mexico’s west coast in the state of Nayarit, known as the Pacific Gold Coast. This spacious villa accommodates 8–10 guests in four private suites arranged around an oasis courtyard with a private pool, spa, and loungers.

The Space
La Villa Bella su Hacienda is a custom-built, multilevel property designed in the style and atmosphere of a traditional hacienda pueblo. It was handcrafted by talented Mexican maestros using local materials, generational expertise, personal pride, and an artistic appreciation for natural beauty.
Elevated exterior walls made from colorful local rock and marble create a private foundation for climbing vegetation and flowering plants. These walls surround the interior hacienda courtyard, pool, and oasis spa, which features a waterfall and Jacuzzi. Guests can also arrange personal massages and manicures while enjoying a tropical cocktail.
The villa’s gardens, walkways, and cobblestone paths are surrounded by swaying palms, coconut trees, banana plants, and tropical foliage. Together, they create a tranquil and harmonious setting around the property.
At the far end of the compound peninsula, a large community pool and elevated sun deck provide an excellent place to socialize and observe migrating whales, dolphins, and occasional manta rays in their natural environment. The peninsula point is also home to a distinctive acacia tree and offers a preferred setting for spectacular sunsets and nighttime stargazing.
Guests enter through a Spanish-style portico surrounded by flowering vegetation. The entrance includes a carved replica of the village friar and a brass bell for announcing arrivals.
The portico leads to a custom-carved door with handmade hardware inspired by a rural hacienda villa. Inside, the entrance opens into the villa’s expansive courtyard, grand room, and social area, which is surrounded by a patio overlooking the courtyard, private pool, and Jacuzzi.
The social area includes:
- A personal bar
- A beverage cooler
- Space for entertaining and small gatherings
- A separate half bathroom
The large kitchen, outdoor food-preparation area, and laundry facilities are located in a separate extension of the grand room and social area.
Sleeping Arrangements
The villa has four separate casitas, each equipped with:
- A full bathroom
- A ceiling fan
- Air conditioning
- Patio doors opening onto the interior courtyard
The second-floor casitas feature wraparound patios with ocean views, soothing ocean sounds, and refreshing tropical breezes. These spaces are ideal for quiet personal time, privacy, and shared experiences. The villa was designed with romance in mind.
Staff and Services
The villa includes a personal host, cook, and staff with concierge experience and extensive food and beverage knowledge.
La Villa Bella accommodates eight adults comfortably and accepts only one party or group per reservation. The goal is to provide happy guests and a memorable experience.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the complete villa and its amenities, except for the kitchen and laundry facilities. All food preparation is handled by the staff, while designated attendants manage daily pool and garden maintenance.
Guests may also use:
- The community pool
- Chaise lounges
- The surrounding grounds
- Expansive beachfront and waterfront areas
A small commercial beach village with restaurants is located nearby in Platanitos.
Villa staff generally arrive at approximately 7:30 a.m. and leave at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with a half day on Saturday.
With advance arrangements, staff can assist with special requests, including:

- Fiesta food
- Pastries
- Beverages
Special arrangements require sufficient notice and prepayment.
Additional Information
The front office offers surfboards, boogie boards, and other beach equipment for rent at reasonable prices.
Local activities and transportation for tourism and events can be arranged with advance notice.
The property is adjacent to a sea turtle preserve and education center. Guests may have the opportunity to participate in a sea turtle release. Please inquire for details.

The house is very nice, the rooms are very spacious, a very quiet and peaceful place, the house is in excellent condition, the cleaning was very detailed, it had enough utensils, as part of continuous improvement, the recommendation for Jossie is to install a mini split in the living room-kitchen, which allows the area to be kept in a cool environment and without bugs even though it is part of the nature of the place

The place was amazing, we really enjoyed Villa Bella and Punta Custodio. We only had difficulty getting hot water to bathe every day in all the showers, but other than that our accommodation was delightful.

The most amazing Villa …what a beautiful, serene veranda sounds and sights of the ocean. The home in detail of culture, well equipped, comfortable with the options for a daily chef made is the most comfortable girl trip experience. Sitting on the veranda, watching the squirrels play in the trees in the sound of the ocean, with a hot cup of coffee preparing for the day. That’s what I look forward to. .. the peace

Glorious piece of heaven on earth. Our stay was amazing! Jossie’s communications were really good. Chelo the cook made some delicious dishes for us. The house was simply spectacular and had more than what you need for an extra comfy stay. I totally recommend this place to other guests and I myself plan on returning soon.
