The Space

This studio in Jacó offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, making it well suited to couples or solo travelers. It is located on a property with 10 additional studios and provides a relaxed tropical atmosphere.

The studio includes:

• Double bed
• Small kitchen with basic essentials
• Private bathroom with hot water
• Air conditioning
• High-speed internet
• Access to the small swimming pool
• Shared green areas

After a day at the beach, surfing, or exploring the area, guests can relax by the pool or in the shared outdoor spaces. Although centrally located, the property is situated in a quiet area.

Guest Access

Parking and the swimming pool are shared by building residents and guests.

Parking Information

• The property has 7 internal parking spaces for 11 studios.
• If you need parking, you must mention it when booking, especially for Fridays and Saturdays.
• If one vehicle blocks another vehicle’s exit, guests will be contacted to move the vehicle so the other car can leave.
• A parking space is not guaranteed for every guest.
• After booking, guests must provide the vehicle registration and description details.
• Management is not responsible for damage that may occur to vehicles inside or outside the property.

Other Things to Note

Coco, a very friendly brown dog, and Kitty, a loving kitten, live on the property. The property is pet-friendly, so you may also encounter other guests traveling with their pets.
