Absolutely beautiful space with incredible views of the lake. The home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The house help Irma is phenomenal - always available for meals, help and anything you need. We eat 2 dinners at home cooked by her and were very pleased with the fresh, delicious food. However the real star of the home is David. Communication was him was flawless and he was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations to us for Jetskis, set us up with a private boat ride, order us a cake, get us a masseuse and anything else we asked of him. We traveled in Belize and Guatemala for 2 weeks and this place was our favorite stay. We would definitely come back.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it is a complete gem. If you’re looking for a gorgeous home, that’s lakefront with a fantastic location. This is it.

One of the most beautiful vacations we have taken and it was completely elevated by this home! We had an amazing visit to Lake Atitlan and instead of having a number of excursions, took advantage of the beautiful home and yards and beach! Would love to stay here again one day and have Irma’s amazing breakfasts again. Highly recommend!!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed it. Not only is the property huge and beautiful, all of the staff is so kind and helpful. Daniel helped us plan all our excursions and shuttles and transportation and Irma made us lovely meals throughout our trip. 10/10 recommend!!!

The location was just outside of Panajachel but it doesn’t matter as you have lakeside access and the Airbnb is so amazing and beautiful that it will be hard to leave except for adventure. The services offered through the Airbnb truly makes this location a vacation destination!! Highly recommend to anyone trying to travel in style

This place is the perfect spot for a trip to Lake Atitlan. The premises are stunning and the view is unparalleled. Irma makes the most delicious food and keeps the house incredibly clean. David was super helpful in booking excursions, dinners and transportation. This is a 10/10. The pictures don't do it justice!

The grounds were just as picturesque as described, with truly breathtaking views. We especially appreciated the easy access to the boat, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hot tub was a highlight, and the daily breakfasts prepared by Irma were absolutely delicious. The two dogs on the property were lovely, friendly, gentle, and a joy to have around. Inside, the living room furniture was cozy and inviting. We spent time playing board games and soaking in the stunning volcano views through the large windows, which made for some really special moments. Comfort-wise, the mattresses seemed to vary personally. I found mine a bit stiff, while my sister absolutely loved hers. One small downside was that a few critters startled my daughter one night while she was heading to bed, which made her a bit uneasy. Overall, the home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay a very memorable one.
