Your comfort and peace of mind are our priorities. The residence provides 24/7 front-desk service and professional on-site security, with assistance available day or night.

Guests have access to a secure underground garage with elevator access, making arrivals and departures convenient.

The residence is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained, including preventive pest-control treatments. Because the property is surrounded by Tulum’s tropical jungle, an occasional mosquito, spider, or other small insect may naturally appear. This is part of experiencing Tulum’s authentic natural environment. Our team is available by message if assistance is needed.

Tulum is a growing city with ongoing construction. Part of the development is still under construction, but the work is completely separate from the living spaces and common areas. The apartment itself is very quiet, and guests should not be affected by construction noise. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Electricity is included for short-term stays of fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is charged according to consumption at a rate of 6 MXN per kilowatt-hour. A 500 USD electricity deposit is collected before check-in for stays of 28 nights or more.

The property is suitable for social gatherings, family reunions, yoga retreats, and company retreats.

A local guide will be provided with recommendations for restaurants, events, and points of interest so you can explore Tulum like a local. Additional information is available in the “What to Do” section.
