Located in Muna Tamarindo, this bright 90 m² apartment offers a comfortable stay just a 10-minute walk from the city’s best beaches. Along the way, guests will find a mall for convenient shopping. The apartment is situated on a single floor and features two bedrooms and a private terrace overlooking the internal garden.
This fully equipped vacation rental includes access to a shared swimming pool and solarium set within a garden area available to all guests.
The condominium consists of seven apartments designed for tourist rentals.

Cleaning and Services
- A cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning.
- Additional cleaning during your visit is available at an extra cost and subject to availability; please request in advance.
- For stays of seven days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided.
- For reservations longer than four days, complimentary laundry washing and drying services are offered. Requests can be made directly to the cleaning staff or via message.
- Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Important Notes
- Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the building does not have a generator, water reserves are maintained and should be used responsibly.
- The area is developing, so some construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Despite this, the environment remains generally quiet and peaceful.
- Insects are a natural part of Costa Rica’s ecosystem and do not indicate uncleanliness. Guests are encouraged to treat them respectfully and avoid killing them.
- Food left exposed may attract insects due to the jungle surroundings.
