Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
Located on the second floor, the Earth Suite is a warm and captivating retreat with a rustic aesthetic. Natural materials such as wood, clay, and stone create a calming, grounded atmosphere. Van Parijs selected imperfect, organic materials to give the room a welcoming, home-away-from-home feel. The suite also features a private balcony.
Jade Room
Situated in the main house, the Jade Room was designed to promote harmony throughout the property. Jade is traditionally associated with good luck and positive energy.
Often referred to as a “dream stone,” jade is believed to inspire insightful dreams and support emotional release and love. Reflecting this concept, Van Parijs designed the bedroom and bathroom with an open flow and a strong connection to water, including a deep-fill sink.
Citrine Room
The smallest of the eight rooms, the Citrine Room is still rich in character and meaning. Citrine is associated with confidence and inner strength and is widely used for manifestation. This was the first room created by Van Parijs, marking the beginning of the property’s vision.
Rose Rooms
Rose quartz has long been associated with love. According to Greek mythology, Cupid and Eros brought rose quartz to humans to spread love and hope.
Van Parijs created two Rose Rooms opposite one another to symbolize shared love and unity. Their placement creates symmetry between the living and garden areas while allowing energy to flow freely through the space.
Amber Room
Amber is fossilized tree resin rather than a gemstone, connecting this room to the earth. The Amber Room has a welcoming atmosphere intended to help clear negative energy while encouraging tranquility and a sense of safety.
Sapphire Room
Known as a healing stone, sapphire has long been associated with soothing the mind and body and promoting serenity. Overlooking the pool, the Sapphire Room is designed to bring brightness and joy to those staying there.

Both Grace and Shiran were very good hosts. The house is spacious, and all the rooms are very nice, comfortable, and tidy. In addition, they have a bathroom and many amenities that allow a large group to enjoy their stay. In our case, there were 16 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Finally, the location is excellent. Everything is close by (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). I'd be happy to go back to that place.

Shiran was an amazing host and his home exceeded our expectations. Grace, the concierge, gave great recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful. The backyard was gorgeous, the pickleball court was utilized more than we thought it would be, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was truly a luxury. About a 10 minute walk into town and a very safe, private area. Couldn't recommend more.

Great place for a group trip! Easily walkable to downtown & the beach. The concierge was helpful with booking activities & recommendations. The chef dinner at the Airbnb was one of the best meals we had in Tamarindo and the sunset catamaran was the highlight of the trip!

Beautiful home and wonderful concierge, Grace, who helped us plan our activities and transport exceptionally well! I would recommend this to anyone going to Tamarindo. Made amazing memories there with my friends. Only con was that the cleaning lady did not come by as expected, but they refunded me the cleaning fee, so all is well. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!!

Good morning, I stayed at this property from February 18–23 and wanted to share how wonderful our experience was. Our host, Grace was amazing. She ensured that everything in the house was well taken care of, and whenever small issues came up, they were handled quickly and efficiently. She also helped coordinate travel and activities for us, including a boat ride and a waterfall tour, which made our trip even better. The house is a great spot for a family or a group of friends. Our group was all adults, and the layout worked perfectly—it offers plenty of space and privacy when needed, while also providing great common areas like the pool and dining area to relax and spend time together. The property feels very secure and is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife. During the day, the beach is only about a 7–10 minute walk away, and there is a grocery market right down the street. We had no issues at all during our stay.
