Luxury on the Marina, 2 spacious Master suites one with a King bed the other with twins, both with private baths. Watch the world go by on the Marina Walk below. 24-hour security (very safe). Note that one BR in the condo can be a bit loud Fri-Sat due to the popular NoWhere bar. 2nd BR is much quieter. The space NEW: New Fridge and additional filtration system so fridge water and ice are completely safe. Triple filtered. The back bedroom has now had some sound work done and although not silent, it is much quieter and better suited for those who are more sensitive to the music at night. The front bedroom has had a new sealed window added as well so is also much improved for the noise levels. Condo also includes a queen size pullout sofa bed. To deal with the noise (music) we do provide ear plugs kept in the basket on the counter of each bathroom. ELEVATOR ACCESS - We now have access to the elevator, there will still be one small flight of stairs to walk up but two longer flights and a long walk down the hall will no longer be necessary if you would prefer to use the elevator. There are now (02/28/24) new mattresses on all of the beds, and I have also replaced the King bed with two twins in the back room (do have bridge twin to king converter if desired). FULL SIZE GROCERY STORE ONE BLOCK AWAY!! There is now a full-size grocery store (In the mall) and a Walmart both a block from the condo. These are the first full size grocery store’s in downtown Cabo! Concierge service provided: Meet Hugo: Simply the best Concierge 24/7 service, will take care of your every need. Hugo is the property manager of my Plaza Bonita condo who will provide the check in and concierge services for you. Other Services Hugo may provide include airport transportation, car rental, water activities, fishing, diving, grocery shopping, restaurant recommendation/reservation, explain all condo amenities and more. Transportation from the airport includes beer and bottled water for the journey, and your warm welcome into the condo includes ice cold beer, chips, and homemade guacamole. Enjoy while Hugo shows you around the condo and answers any questions you may have. You have triple filtered water using the Fridge water source, good for drinking etc. If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high-speed WIFI, just grab a seat at the new desk in the master BR, one of the kitchen bar stools or at the patio table and enjoy the view while you work. This unit also comes with a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the Marina with Jacuzzi (generally not heated) and outdoor barbeque space, one parking stall, good as gold in downtown Cabo. ## The Space

This luxury condo on the marina features two roomy master suites. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms include private bathrooms. The back bedroom now has soundproofing improvements, making it quieter and better suited for guests sensitive to nighttime music. The front bedroom has a newly sealed window to reduce noise as well. Additionally, the condo has a queen-size pullout sofa bed in the living area, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

New mattresses were installed on all beds as of February 28, 2024. The king bed in the back room has been replaced with two twins, but a twin-to-king bed converter is available if preferred.

The kitchen includes a brand-new refrigerator equipped with a triple filtration system, ensuring safe drinking water and ice.

To help with occasional noise from the nearby NoWhere bar on Friday and Saturday nights, earplugs are provided in baskets on the counters of each bathroom.
