John is extremely friendly and responds very quickly. He was very flexible with our family group regarding the use of the house. It was a family gathering, and he even allowed some guests to come just on Saturday for lunch. I recommend it for family gatherings with many people. It has a nice pool that we enjoyed a lot and a common area with everything you need. Being on a mountain, the house has uneven surfaces and stairs that are difficult for older adults or even children. We had a problem with the hot water that was fixed very quickly. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

The house is spacious and has several areas for spending time with family and friends. The pool is clean and heated. The BBQ area with a pool table and the other kitchen with all its amenities were where we spent the most time during our stay. Everything was very comfortable. The street is accessible for sedan cars. John was very friendly from the start, providing recommendations for places to visit near the house. Fully equipped kitchens and a safe area day and night.
