It's definitely a great place. The apartment is beautiful. It is comfortable, spacious, with divine furnishings and in excellent condition. The view is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. And there really are several activities to do: they have a Jacuzzi, a kitchen with all the utensils to make a special meal, a guitar to play and relax for a while, super comfortable furniture for a movie night, etc. We went as a group with friends and had a great time. The complex is also very nice! With wonderful streets for running or walking in the morning, the beach access is very close and it feels like a private beach! The social areas are very comfortable and nice. But without a doubt, the best thing was the guest! He addressed all our questions and requests, and was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back because we had a great time :)

This property is in a prime location, beautifully furnished, and has an amazing view..... it was truly top notch. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is AMAZING!!. My family of 5, ages 28 - 82, was in town for business and vacation. There were a few challenges that were out of our control. The hosts were very responsive to our concerns; sending staff and repair personnel. Although some things could not be resolved, the commitment was appreciated. The hosts were very professional and in my opinion provided the appropriate response to make things right before we checked out. We visited all 3 pools, the restaurant, the boutique, and the beach. Walking the beach early in the morning is so peaceful - a great place to meditate. The common areas were not crowded at all considering it was during a national holiday week. There are many markets and fondas nearby and Coronada is less than 10 min away. I recommend this property and host and would rent there again.

🔧 Points to improve The stove only worked properly with one burner, the smallest one. The air conditioner in front of the table doesn't turn on. The showers are leaking at the top. The amount of soap available for three nights was somewhat limited, like for 1 day. The refrigerator does not have buckets to make ice; it would be ideal to have them or to inform in advance. The jacuzzi included in the listing description did not work, it was reported and was not attended to. Parking for 2 cars, it was occupied, there was only room for 1. 🌟 Highlights Well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Very spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families and children. An excellent place to share as a family, with a quiet and safe atmosphere. Easy and quick access to the beach and restaurant (especially if you have a car). Spectacular view from the apartment. Good security and a peaceful atmosphere. Complimentary Coffee!

The penthouse was decorated very well and the beds were super comfortable. I appreciated the fact that they gave us two playpens that came with comfortable mattresses for my twin toddlers. House was very clean and well stocked.

Everything was perfect in this apartment. Spacious rooms, a bedroom for nannies with air conditioning, a super plus. The kids loved the water park and the very nice facilities. 100% recommended and we will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful space with 3 well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms for each plus an extra space for the nanny if needed. Large well equipped balcony with plenty of seating and a nice view of the ocean. We stayed as a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 children with plenty of room to spare and really enjoyed our stay. Couches, dining tables, and beds are comfortable and clean with high quality linens and beach towels. Would definitely recommend for large families or friend groups :)
