The Space
Casa Aurora is a modern two-level home located in a comfortable, private condominium, just minutes from Galeria Santo Domingo, recreational areas, and shopping. It is furnished and equipped with the essential utensils and amenities for a comfortable stay.
The first floor includes:

- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room
- A covered terrace with direct access to the barbecue area
- Three large bedrooms
The master bedroom features:
- A private bathroom
- A private balcony
- Air conditioning
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first-floor bedroom is designed for older guests and includes a private bathroom, a double bed, and air conditioning.

All indoor and outdoor areas are completely private. Guests also have access to:

Important Information
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A $200 fine will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
- Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.
- You will be informed in advance of the cleaning staff’s arrival time.
- Additional cleaning is available for an extra fee upon request.
- Kitchen service can be provided for an additional cost.
- Security cameras are located outdoors only.
- Extending check-out is available for an additional charge of $10 per hour.

Carlos and Ana made us felt like we were in our own home, they were very helpful, and had an amazing communication. We definitely will love to stay in another house that is on his portfolio. The house was very clean and the area was safe. The check in and check out process was great. Carlos and Ana fueron demasiados amables, recomiendo al mil sus servicios como Airbnb. La casa estaba muy limpia, la conversación siempre fue muy eficaz. Great house and very comfortable. The house was put together with a nice back yard area and a sun room which you could relax in and have a drink. The house wasn’t far from downtown and there was stores in walking distance like Walmart/24 hour am:pm (convenient store) . Overall a good place to stay!

Our stay at Casa Emma was absolutely wonderful. The house had such a warm, home-like feel, and the spacious patio with its beautiful mango trees made it even more special. One of our favorite moments was enjoying breakfast together outside beneath the mango tree, it was such a memorable experience. My family had an amazing time, and Amy greeted us with such kindness and warmth upon our arrival. The location of the home was also great, and we felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay.
