Guest Access

On the morning of your arrival, you will receive all the information needed for a smooth and easy check-in. In most cases, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you around the villa, and share tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

For greater privacy, self-check-in is also available. Our team will send access instructions, details, and codes in advance.

The Guest Experience team is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to assist with anything you may need.

Important Information

Parties and Noise Policy

• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Small gatherings require prior approval.
• Loud music is not permitted after 11:00 p.m.
• Please respect the neighbors, staff, and community rules.
• Violations may result in a USD 500 fine, police involvement, or eviction.

Energy Consumption

• Turn off air-conditioning units, lights, and electronics when they are not in use.
• Air conditioning must not remain on when the villa is unoccupied, in order to avoid energy waste.

Illegal Items

• Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.
• Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.

Unexpected Events

Tulum is a developing town, and occasional power or water outages may occur. These interruptions are beyond our control.

In severe cases, such as storms or emergencies, staff may access the villa for safety reasons. The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather conditions.

External Vendors

For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are not permitted to access the villa.
