The Space

Casa Cabo is designed for comfortable group stays and complete relaxation. The villa combines the privacy of a residential home with convenient access to everything Cabo has to offer.

Indoor Common Areas and Kitchen

The main living room features large folding doors that open directly onto the pool patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor gathering space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stovetop, appliances, cookware, and a central island that provides a comfortable place to gather. Mary can also prepare her famous fresh salsa verde and authentic Mexican breakfasts.

Bedroom and Media Room Layout

All bedrooms include air conditioning and fresh linens. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

• Master bedroom: One king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor pool terrace.
• Guest bedroom 1: One queen-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the street.
• Guest bedroom 2: One bunk bed with a twin-size bed on top and a full-size bed below, plus an additional twin-size pull-out trundle bed.
• TV and media room: Two California king mattresses arranged together as a large, comfortable family sofa for movie nights. Upon request, they can be separated and arranged as beds. This room also includes a full bathroom and a 70-inch smart TV.

Location and Security

The villa is located in a quiet, secure residential neighborhood with controlled gate access and 24/7 guards. It offers a peaceful setting away from downtown noise while remaining approximately a 15-minute drive from Medano Beach and the Cabo Marina.

Housekeeping and Additional Services

Mary, the housekeeper, cleans the home, washes dishes, and makes the beds every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. She has worked with the host for 13 years and is highly trusted.

For an additional tip, Mary can also do laundry and prepare meals, including her specialty: green salsa with avocado.

When other guests are arriving on the same day:
