Guest Access

The home is located directly across the street from the clubhouse, approximately 20 steps away.

The clubhouse offers a peaceful pool with ocean views, a small grill, a full bar, and friendly service. It also includes a small bodega serving freshly prepared coffee drinks, alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, toiletries, and more.

The well-equipped gym is also located in the clubhouse. In addition, the clubhouse serves as a stop for shuttles traveling throughout Quivira, making transportation convenient.

Your safety and peace of mind are our priorities. Our enhanced COVID-19 practices include:

• Upgraded cleaning and disinfection protocols for rooms and frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs, handles, remote controls, and light switches.
• Certified hospital-grade disinfectant.
• Electrostatic sanitization with hospital-grade products before every guest check-in.
• Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use.
• Protective equipment, including masks, worn by staff during interactions with guests.

Other Things to Note

Copala is a nonsmoking community. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in common areas, including the clubhouse and green spaces.

Smoking is allowed only on the home’s terrace, provided that cigarette and cigar butts are disposed of properly.
