⭐ IMPORTANT TO NOTE Sound policy: External sound systems, DJ booths, or loud speakers are strictly prohibited.📌 Audio equipment: Do not move the integrated sound system. It must remain in the left corner of the main glass door to prevent neighborhood noise. 💥 Fireworks: The use of any fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly forbidden. 💦 Water temperature: There is no heating system (pool, jacuzzi, and showers run at ambient temperature). 🦮 Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

🏡 Exclusive use: Total private access to the entire villa, the pool, soccer court, and social spaces.

🚷 Private areas: For safety and storage, maintenance areas and one private bedroom will remain locked.

Other things to note ⭐ KEY INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING: 📝 Digital registration: You will receive a mandatory link to register all guests and sign the rental agreement, in compliance with Colombian tourism regulations. 🔒 Security and privacy: There are outdoor security cameras on the perimeter and decibel monitors that measure noise levels but do not record conversations. 🔇 Sound policy: Do not bring in external sound systems (speakers, PA systems, or DJ equipment). 🎆 No fireworks: The use of gunpowder, firecrackers, or fireworks is strictly prohibited. 🚗 Access road: We are located in a private gated community. The entrance involves an 800-meter stretch of rural road (partially paved with concrete tracks and partially unpaved with a slope). Please drive with caution. 🌿 Natural surroundings: Being in a tropical climate, it is normal to see birds, insects, or native wildlife. 🦮 Maximum of 2 pets allowed. 💧 The pool, jacuzzi, and showers do not have heating systems and operate at ambient temperature.
