2BR Villa in Nicoya

Beautiful house. We loved our stay! Roberto ensured we had everything we needed and very generous with breakfast items in the refrigerator and plenty of coffee. Our favorite restaurant was a small cafe just a 2 min walk away with delicious healthy food options and right on the beach. We definitely will be back.

We had an amazing stay with our three kids at Roberto's house. Roberto has been very kind all the time and has been helpful with tips and recommendations for Santa Teresa. It's a short walk to the beach from the house but you can also easily reach with the car the other beaches around - basically everybody in Santa Teresa either uses a car, motorcycle or quad to get around - from surfing, to shopping or dining. The house was very clean and we got cleaning service every day which made the stay in the house very comfortable and hotel-like. The perfect stay for our surf trip to Santa Teresa.

The property was amazing, the location was great, and Roberto was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We left feeling great!

Amazing! Would absolutely come again. We stayed for two nights. Santa teresa is a great spot to visit, local grocery store we alked to multiple times a day, restaurants close by. Many beaches to choose from. The airbnb itself was stellar, beautiful architectural design. Very comfortable. Roberto is welcomed us very nicely. 5 STARS!!

The villa is beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and AC kept the bedrooms cool. We appreciated the black out curtains and nice bedding. The villa felt private. It has a gated entrance but the location is walkable to the beach and many restaurants. The villa is stocked with beach towels, games, toiletries, yoga blocks/bands/mats. Roberto was an amazing host. He was available whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it is a beautiful villa in a lovely location. We would love to stay here again.

Roberto saved our trip. After some issues with the first place we rented, he responded quickly. And even though it was at the last minute, he made sure everything was ready for our arrival, and not just the space—he left us a welcome gift of coconut water, and for breakfast, eggs, bread, and almond milk... with only 20 minutes' notice that we gave him... The outdoor bathrooms are beautiful; I enjoyed the bathtub every day... and he left us bath salts that I was able to use (I went to buy more at the supermarket across from the house). If this is an option for your stay, don't think twice… book it; you won't regret it at all.

The House - truly amazing. Somehow everything is bigger and nicer than in the pictures. The pool was perfect for our family of five to relax and play in for hours a day. Every need has been anticipated with stunning decor and AC in the bedroom to picnic baskets for the beach. Immaculately clean but surrounded by jungle, it’s your own private oasis with monkeys, iguanas, humming birds and incredible plants and trees all around with a well maintained short path out to the beach. Atop the beach a wonderful hammock area to relax and listen to the waives. And the beach is by far the nicest in Santa Teresa with a huge sandbar for swimming. The location - just perfect. North Santa Teresa away from the super touristy areas yet still close to the best restaurants - walk to sushi for dinner and incredible pastries for breakfast! The hosts - Roberto and his wife are the reason we stay in AirBnBs! Welcomed us with drinks and planned allllll our excursions! Simply put, if available, go!

Roberto was an amazing host! so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by organizing taxis, massages, and even horseback riding for us, which made everything feel effortless. The home itself is very cozy and truly has everything you need. We felt comfortable right away and had such a relaxing time. Thanks Roberto!!
