Hosted by Luxury Villas Costa Rica, Villa Motmot is a low-carbon-footprint property with a green soul and an inspiring story. After supporting rainforest protection for more than 30 years, the owners created this ecological villa in 2020.

Located in the heart of Tamarindo, the villa features three terraces, an ocean-view rooftop, a saltwater pool, and a botanical garden. Tamarindo’s downtown area and beach are both within a short walking distance.

Easter Week and Thanksgiving

• Thanksgiving: November 23–30, 2026 and 2027.
• Easter Week 2026: March 29–April 5, 2026.
• Easter Week 2027: March 21–March 28, 2027.

Christmas and New Year’s

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2026, and January 3, 2027, require a minimum stay of 7–10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before making an online booking during this time.

Music Festivals

Please contact us before making an online booking for music festival dates. Restrictions may apply.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday reservations are non-refundable.
