The Space
Formerly listed as Randy and Sandra’s Beach House, this airy and comfortable home sits directly in front of Aposentillo Bay. The patio includes a table, chairs, and hammocks, offering a relaxing place to enjoy the beautiful views.
From the patio, take a refreshing swim in the pool below or walk a few steps farther to the beach and enjoy the gentle waves.
The house includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- One bathroom with a shower and hot water for the shower and sinks
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet, and chest of drawers
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed, bunk beds, and a cupboard for personal belongings
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms
- Ceiling fans throughout the house
- A comfortable living room with games
- Wi-Fi inside the house and on the patio
- A washing machine
- An outdoor clothesline
Please ask for washing machine instructions or request assistance from the caretaker.
The clean, pleasant pool is shaded during part of the day. A generator powers the lights and refrigerator during power outages.
Location
The property is near the village of Asseradores, where you can find:
- Basic groceries and supplies
- A coffee shop
- A bakery
- Motorbike and car rentals
The surrounding area has several good restaurants and is close to Amaru Nicaragua, a surf and yoga retreat that invites guests to attend daily yoga classes.
The beach is usually nearly empty and is ideal for morning walks. Its gentle waves are suitable for swimming and body surfing, and local surf camps sometimes bring beginner surfers there to practice. The beach is also very safe for families.
Surfboard rentals and horseback rides can be arranged upon request.
Guest Access
The beach house is approximately a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Managua. If you need transportation assistance, we can help arrange a driver from Managua.
Upon arrival, the caretaker will welcome you, provide access to the beach house, and give you a key.

Groceries and supplies are available at Coco’s Store in the nearby village of Asseradores, next to the church. A larger grocery store, La Colonia, is located in the town of Chinandega, approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Great spot at the end of the road. The ocean is directly on your door step, as well as beautiful sunsets. Has everything you need for a stay by the beach.

Incredible location right on the beach with a very nice deep pool. The caretaker Jacob was very attentive and helped us rent surf boards and go fishing. Very few amenities nearby so be prepared to bring all your food and supplies with you.

Lage des Hauses ist top! Die Küche war super ausgestattet! Auch sonst war im Haus alles nötige vorhanden! Toller Pool. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hätte etwas besser sein können.

L’emplacement est parfait! Nous avons adoré les environs. Le bâtiment a besoin d’entretient et la propreté n’est pas super. Il y a définitivement de l’investissement à faire. Somme toute nous reviendrions sans hésiter! Merci Randy!

La maison de Randy bénéficie d’une très belle localisation, avec une vue vraiment magnifique. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par la propreté du logement, qui n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy lindo en la casa de Randy y Sarah. La casa en sí es bonita y cómoda, nos brindaron servicios que nos facilitaron muchísimo la estadía, además de TV, libros y juegos de mesa para entretenimiento. Jacob fue súper amable y servicial. Pero la piscina y el acceso a la playa fueron cherry on top! Fue una experiencia bonita. De verdad esperamos volver pronto!
