The Space
This airy, comfortable beach house sits directly in front of Aposentillo Bay at the end of the road. The patio features a table, chairs, and hammocks, offering beautiful views of the bay.
Cool off in the pool just below the patio, or walk a few steps farther down to the beach and enjoy the waves. The beach is approximately 30 meters from the porch steps.
The family-friendly house includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with a shower
- Hot water for the showers and sinks
- Two bedrooms
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms
- Ceiling fans throughout the house
- A comfortable living room with games
- Wi-Fi inside the house and on the patio
- A washing machine
- An outdoor clothesline
One bedroom has a queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, and television. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk beds, and a cupboard for storing personal belongings.
Please ask for washing machine instructions or request assistance from the caretaker.
Pool and Outdoor Amenities
The pool is clean, pleasant, and shaded during part of the day. A gas-powered barbecue grill is available for preparing dinner on the patio.
A generator powers the lights and refrigerator during power outages.
Beach and Activities
The beach is usually nearly empty and is ideal for morning walks. Its gentle waves are suitable for swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding. Local surf camps often bring beginner surfers to practice here, and the area is very safe for families.
Surfboard rentals and horseback rides can be arranged upon request. Contact the owner for details.

The property is near the village of Asseradores, where you can find:

- A coffee shop
- A bakery
- Motorbike rentals
- Car rentals
The surrounding area has several good restaurants and is very close to Amaru Nicaragua, a surf and yoga retreat that invites guests to attend daily yoga classes.
Guest Access
The beach house is approximately a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Managua. We can help arrange transportation with our driver.
Upon arrival, the caretaker will welcome you, provide access to the beach house, and give you a key. We are available by text or phone to answer questions during your stay.
Additional Information
Groceries and supplies are available at Coco’s Store in the nearby village of Asseradores, next to the church.
A large grocery store, La Colonia, is located in the town of Chinandega, approximately a 45-minute drive away.
You may wish to purchase groceries in Managua before traveling to the house. The driver can stop at PriceCo, which requires a membership and charges a $40 fee, as well as Walmart or La Colonia. This can be especially helpful for larger groups.

This house is a gem. Amazing views, a nice pool and comfortable furnishings. Both bedrooms have A/C and cool down quickly. Jacob, the caretaker who lives onsite in a separate house, was great and super-responsive. The only downside is that it's at the end of a one-lane dirt road; but the house itself and the location, views, etc. more than make up for that small factor.

Great spot at the end of the road. The ocean is directly on your door step, as well as beautiful sunsets. Has everything you need for a stay by the beach.

Incredible location right on the beach with a very nice deep pool. The caretaker Jacob was very attentive and helped us rent surf boards and go fishing. Very few amenities nearby so be prepared to bring all your food and supplies with you.

Location of the house is great! The kitchen was super equipped! Everything else was also available in the house! Great pool. The cleanliness in the house could have been a little better.

The location is perfect! We loved the surroundings. The building needs maintenance and the cleanliness is not great. There is definitely investment to be made. All in all, we would come back without hesitation! Thank you Randy!

Amazing location, the photos don't do it justice. We felt at home. It has everything to make you comfortable and cook whatever you want. The hammocks with that view, the best of all to relax.

Randy's house has a very nice location, with a really magnificent view. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the accommodation, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations.
