This newly remodeled, designer decorated home is in one of the most sought after beachfront communities in Costa Rica. Just steps away from the sand and surf in beautiful Playa Hermosa, you have beach club access to enjoy the pool and restaurant, and then can retreat back to your contemporary coastal space. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bed, 3 baths, a gorgeous living room/dining space, exterior covered dining, billiards room and rooftop patio to take in the sunset and ocean views. The space The space was just remodeled by a local interior designer with the goal of creating a warm and tranquil coastal space. But also a space that embodies the vibrant styles of the owners. A warm neutral palette, layered with artisanal pieces and high end finishes. When you enter the space, you have a powder room, open concept living room, flowing into the kitchen and dining space, a spacious laundry room (w/ washer/dryer) and exterior patio for al fresco dining with BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and has all new appliances, including electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an LG thin Q fridge with UV filter. The house also has it’s own water filtration system and water softener, so you can feel confident with the drinking water. The second level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated workspace and a billiards room for playing pool. The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious with king bed, eurotop mattress, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with double sink and rainfall shower. The guest bedroom has high ceilings, king bed with eurotop mattress and a massive closet. The “kids” room, or third bedroom has bunk beds with double beds on each level. And the second and third bedroom share a 3-piece bathroom with rainfall shower. All bedrooms are equipped with AC. The upper rooftop patio is covered and has a little sitting area and high top table to take in some peek ocean views and the beautiful sunsets we are spoiled with here in Costa Rica. Hermosa Palms is a private, beachfront community mixed with permanent residents, vacationers, families and avid surf / beach lovers. You will have access to the beach club where you can enjoy the pool, swim up bar, and the delicious food prepared with love from YoYo’s. From there you can access the beach in Hermos, which is stunning, and much more quiet than nearby Jaco beach. It boasts beautiful black volcanic sand, amazing waves, palm trees, Scarlet Macaws and some of the most vivid sunsets you will ever soak in. Nearby, you can experience all the beauty that draws people to Costa Rica… waterfalls, jungle trails, zip-lining, fishing, and the warmth and generosity of the Costa Rican people. Guest access Hermosa Palms is approximately 1.5-2 hours from San Jose Airport depending on traffic and the time of year. It is one of the closest beach towns to the Airport, but given the expansive nature of the beach it is rarely ever crowded. You will enter the community and provide your information to the guards at the entrance, and then make an immediate right turn and find house #33 at the end of the street on your left. To enter the space you can simply wake up the keypad by pressing the Yale button, and then enter your personalized 4 digit code (the last 4 digits of your ID #) and press the check ✔ mark. The door can be locked from the inside and when you leave it can also be locked by pressing the yale button again to lock. Other things to note CAMERAS | You’ll notice we have Ring cameras installed in the front covered car port and on the back patio as well. These are here for your security and peace of mind. Your safety and happiness is our top priority. BEACH CLUB | You will have access to the beach club and we’ve left passes for you to enter and enjoy the pool, swim up bar and Yoyo’s restaurant. OCEAN | The ocean is beautiful, but be mindful that this is a “surfing” beach and at times the waves can get quite large and there can be undertows. Enter the ocean cautiously, and only if you are an experienced swimmer.
