Though the home is at an excellent locationThe home feels like it has been rented way too much and they have not kept up maintenance . It did not feel clean. Description of beds was inaccurate. Even when you plan of spending most of your time outdoors and just come to home to sleep you might just find yourself trapped in by rain as we did . I don't think I have ever written a non positive review . But this time I invited family to come with us and I was very disappointed . Please write to them through other messaging options because they take a very long time to respond through Airbnb messaging .

I will start by saying our trip was great, we were in Costa Rica and enjoyed ourselves. The house was fine and looked like the pictures, easy check in and good beds, plentiful towels, stocked kitchen supplies, waher /dryer and a private pool. We did have issues with getting water, water pressure and hot water. The property management was very helpful and sent people right away, unfortunately we had to call them almost everyday of our 7 day trip. The internet would not consistantly work.. not the end of the world but it would have been nice. The home also smelled like mold which I informed management so they could get fixed for the next guests. I would use this managment company again to stay at on of thier other properties in the future.

Villa #6 is a spacious house, well ventilated and air-conditioned throughout the house; our family accommodated very well. All facilities for cooking, washing if needed One point to improve on maintenance: The pool water was somewhat murky. The managers of the house stand out for their kindness and prompt resolution, thank you very much! To get to the beach, just cross the street and walk down a 75-meter trail and you're all set! Playa Lobster at your feet! Remember to take your water shoes on the rocks. About 100 meters to the north is the Bistro Lobster , excellent care and can be arranged to take away. Also about 200 meters south is pizzeria El Sapo, everything is very rich. And there around the corner there is a very complete mini-super. In summary, we had a very good time!! Very satisfied!!

Absolutely stunning villa. Had everything you needed, even a cooler to bring to the beach. It was on the quiet part of town which is lovely. Private pool was perfect.
