Highly recommend staying at the treehouse! Incredible location, the views were stunning and felt private surrounded by the jungle. Only about a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The concierge was very helpful and communicative. Hiring Chef Junior also made our trip, they were very flexible and the food was insanely delicious.

Staying here was amazing. Local wildlife and view made this stay extra special. We met our local contact, Ricky , via Whats.App and he gave us a rundown of the home.Area is open to the jungle, it is important to follow the rules of not keeping food out and ensure you are closing/locking all the appropriate areas to prevent animals from entering. ACs worked, lots of stairs to some rooms, Wi-Fi was accessible in all rooms, but if not our cell network also worked. The kitchen had everything we needed and had plenty kithen items for our party of 7. Dishwasher worked for when we ate our leftovers in the home. And we used the kithen and built in stove grill for one meal and there was no issues. Housekeeping ladies who came were amazing, and when we didn’t knw how to use the stove they helped us, If you have a large car, it can be scary to drive to drive way, we had a Ford Explorer, I think anything larger would have been a problem. You can walk uphill to the Main Street, 10 mins.

This house is absolutely fantastic and *perfect* for a group! Amazing indoor/outdoor flow, great communal spaces, and private, spacious bedrooms. The views and wildlife made our visit extra special - relaxing in the pool while watching sloths, monkeys, toucans, and macaws was incredible! We’ll never forget our stay in the Tree House. Thank you!

The house is breathtaking and beautifully furnished and spotless. Daily maid service (2 wonderful trustworthy women) come every day except Sunday and will do your laundry. Manuel Antonio is way more populated and busy than it was 20+ years ago, but is still just an amazing place to spend time in. We loved Chef Marco and totally felt the best place to eat in the area was in the comfort of the house. As a group of close friends that came together for a week, we could have picked no more lovely a place. Be prepared to barricade the pantry...given the magnificent open floor plan, the monkeys, who come visit twice a day and know how to open the child lock, will help themselves. Do avail yourselves of the beach concierge. It's totally worth it.

Trip of a Lifetime! This house was everything and more. The concierge service from the start was absolutely flawless. We were able to set up all of our excursions as well as transportation to and from before we even got there. Valerie and Ricky were always available for questions and to set up last minute excursions. We went with a group of 12 for a 40th birthday celebration. We hired the chefs service and would HIGHLY recommend chef Marcos - the food was excellent and his professionalism was five star. There is a housekeeper on the property everyday so you don’t need to bring an overwhelming amount of clothing as she will do your laundry while you are there. The tree house has stunning views and I could not recommend an easier way to stay in such a beautiful place and have everything set up for you when you arrive. This truly was the vacation of a lifetime!

This house is the perfect combination of entertainment and relaxation . Amazing views, visits from multiple types of monkeys, birds ! The indoor outdoor vibes makes for a truly special holiday . I will be coming back !

We've rented other houses in the area that have been great, but we really loved the Tree House. The view is spectacular, the decor beautiful. It's very clean, peaceful and well equipped. Once you're there you don't want to leave. It's an adventure being surrounded by wildlife. It really is a Tree House. The housekeepers pointed out a sloth in the tree below. And we got some amazing video of a baby sloth. The monkeys visited every day. Beware, don't leave anything unattended. They ran off with the sugar cannister, shoes, hat and almost got a cell phone. The housekeepers are great and even did laundry for us. You wont be disappointed.

**LARGE GROUPS**, look no further, this is the house you need. When asked about this vacation, all 9 of us were unable to think of a single one. Ricky had our group setup for an amazing vacation from the moment we got to the Villa. The house was 100x more amazing than the pictures will ever portray. The views are stunning and I just can’t say enough about this place. You are short distance to ever local attraction, groceries, bars, etc. Ricky can arrange transport, yours, everything so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Word to the wise, the monkeys WILL be at your home at least once a day, they aren’t kidding. Lock everything up, don’t leave a morsel of food out, and you will have an amazing time!! BEST VACATION EVER! Our stay at the Tree House was a great mix of relaxation and adventure, and we can't wait to come back again! The house itself is spectacular with every bedroom being like a master suite with their own bathroom and incredible view. The outdoor monkey showers were a fun experience! The view of Manuel Antonio beach and park from the house is amazing. We had lots of monkey, sloth, and iguana visitors. The kids loved the theatre and often slept there over their room! The house also has a spa and having massage services at the house- just so nice! We booked a private chef ~ half of the nights so we could make sure to eat leftovers, and this was such a treat! We also appreciated Valerie, the concierge, who helped us book transportation and all of our adventures! We had a blast on the catamaran tour and surfing with Alejandro and would recommend all of these services and adventure a hundred times over. Truly appreciative of the team at Escape Villas for helping make such a special experience for my family!

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We had a group of 10 friends that travel together, often. We usually do resorts, but decided to change it up for this trip, and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The treehouse was every bit as beautiful as the photos appear. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated, and have so many neat touches. The monkeys come by several times per day, which is amazing. They love to play in the canoe. 😀 Make sure you put everything up, as they are sneaky. You can be mid-snack, and they might decide it should be their snack. 😂😂 This trip was amazing! Valerie was so helpful, in setting up our activities. Our hosts Ricky, and Gary were so responsive, and made sure everything went perfectly. The housekeeping staff was very kind, and did a great job. Chef Marco was a real highlight!!! He, and his sister, Marcela were so funny, and personable. The food was absolutely incredible. Valerie helped us set up tours with local guides. We really liked that it wasn’t a large, faceless company, but a small, locally owned tour. The highlights for us were Off the Beaten Path, where we were able to jump from different waterfalls, the waterfall rappelling, and the hot springs. While the hot springs weren’t exactly what we expected, we were able to go into a small town, meet a wonderful woman, Noemi, who welcomed us into her home, and gave us an incredible lunch. After that, we we made quick stops to give some treats from Noemi, to local children. It was a very special trip, and one we won’t soon forget. This was a fantastic trip, and I can’t wait to plan another one.
